4 Bedroom 2 bath family home on peaceful cove of Lake Barkley in Cadiz, KY near Prizer Point with gentle slope to private dock. Recently upgraded with new kitchen and baths. It is 2 story with 2 bedrooms and family room on each level. There is large covered deck with beautiful view of water and great furniture to enjoy the view and outdoor gas grill There is a screened in porch, and lower patio with basketball set up. Large flat screen TVs in both family rooms. Main floor features updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, counter tops and wood floors. It also has family room, dining area and 2 bedrooms/1 bath. Large windows give great view of lake from family room. Lower level had 2 bedrooms-one is bunk room, 1 bathroom, family room and full size air hockey table. House has cable TV and high speed internet. The house in on great lot for playing outside on lawn.
The house is very close to Prizer Point Marina for any boating needs, boat and jet ski rental. There are 2 boat ramps- one at Prizer Point and one on our private cove. Two kayaks available at house.
Twenty minutes from Cadiz for shopping, groceries, eating and of course, antiquing.

This is a beautifully decorated home with nice conveniences. Lake access is great. There is plenty of room. We had a group of 10 people. The owner was great to work with.Owner response: So happy you had a good time. Michelle

This was a wonderful location and an even better house. Owners are dedicated to making sure you have a great experience. House was stocked with everything!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We had a magnificent time at this rental home! It was cleaner, roomier, and just plain nicer than we expected. The owners have clearly taken good care of it. Plenty of room for all of us (4 adults, 5 kids), and the included instructions were very helpful. Michelle was very gracious and quick to answer all my questions. Location was great - Prizer Point and small store nearby (<5 min drive). Next time we plan a trip to the lake, we'll stay here for sure!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We have enjoyed this great lake house for many years and made so many fantastic memories here. Since all our children are grown and live away from us we have not been able to use our lake house to the extent we have in the past. We have decided to share this great home with other families to come and make their own memories
