This deluxe rated lakefront house is located on Reagan Beach which is on the south shore of Lake Tahoe approximately 3 miles south of the casinos, shopping area, and the Gondola to Heavenly Ski Resort. Enjoy the outdoors on your own private beach. This house also has a pier, and 3 buoys. It is approximately 5,000 square feet and will accommodate 12 people. The very bottom floor is a large game room with a pool table and a ping-pong table. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. This house also consists of an atrium and a study room for some quiet time.
Please note: this property requires a security deposit of $750 in addition to the damage insurance.
