Owner's Profile
Owner Description
We are a family of four, this spot is one of our favorite vacation places because when we are here we are united and nothing interferes with that good old fashion family togetherness.
Why the Owner Chose Wilkesboro
When we first saw this cabin and its surroundings we were stunned with the beauty and magnificence there. My first thought when arriving there was questioning whether this property was real. It looked like something you could see only in a painting. It is truly a hidden paradise that we have found.
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin
The 4 main energies your body needs to rejuvenate itself are: trees, water, soil, and fire.
Your daily schedule is molding your lifestyle. Taking the time to stop, relax and recharge is important. and stress-free should be a priority or should be done more often. When I stay at the cabin I feel like I refresh myself and give my body a new start. The 4 main energies definitely give me more energy! I regret when I have to pack up to go back to my robot schedule and neglect my health . . . until I come back to this place again.

8-20-05 We had a most fabulous week! the kids enjoyed throwing rocks into the creek - we even caught a few fish using the hook and corn. It was so wonderful being able to walk down and see the waterfalls any time of day. So beautiful and peaceful - very relaxing. We experienced so much wildlife: Butterflies, a huge caterpiller, bats, black snake, fish, crawfish, salamanders, frogs, deer, etc . . . picking blueberries down the road was a real highlight and eating the blueberry cobbler was even better! It was a wonderful vacation. Your cabin was just exactly what we wanted. Thank You!

In a single word - "PERFECT"! our week here has been peaceful, relaxing and at the same timefilled with wonder and excitement for the kids, who are experiencing the mountains for their first time. Thi and Yen are first rate hosts, and we are indeedblessed to know them as wonderful friends, Gay, too is so thoughtful and great to talk to. She is a fine example of that lovely N.C. hospitality! We can't wait to come back in the fall to see the leaves turn color. Thanks again for everything, John, Carolyn, Melinda & John Jr.
