Schooner Bay Penthouse 306 is a fully air conditioned 3 bedroom condominium located over two floors comprising of 3,322 foot of living space. The views from the Terrace are fantastic taking in the communal pool, gardens, beach and turquoise sea. There are three en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom features a stunning is located at the front and has a beautiful Terrace. Here you will wake up to stunning views and the wonderful soothing sounds of the sea. The second also features a double and the third bedroom has Twin beds. The bathrooms are opulent and include marble tiles throughout - in particular the master bathroom and the main guest bedroom include twin sinks, whirlpool bath and separate corner shower

In the grounds of the Schooner Bay Estate, you will be able to enjoy a really beautiful free form swimming pool.
