Casa Uno is a spacious (approximately 2200 sq ft.)condominium located a a six unit building located on Calle Amapas and is a beautifully furnished retreat that will make your stay in Puerto Vallarta a memorable occasion. Easy beach access--approximately 300 feet to the stairs to the beach from back door of Casa Uno. Designed in a wonderfully warm, Spanish-style, your accommodations have tile floors, arches, and iron work that blend traditional romantic Mexico with many modern conveniences. This quiet setting provides the privacy that will make your escape complete yet is within a short walking distance of beaches, restaurants, shopping, dancing,The Blue Chairs and other major activities. Casa Uno is tastefully appointed for your relaxation and enjoyment and is on a purified water system throughout the unit.
There is only one condo per floor and Casa Uno is the first floor above the street level service floor and the closest floor to the beach steps.
There are two large bedroom suites, each with a private bath and terrace. Each suite has two double- size beds, large closets, and complete privacy for you and your traveling companions. The spacious living and dining areas give you plenty of room for comfort and entertaining with a full bath for guests separate from the bedroom suites. The kitchen and dining area is fully-equipped with the modern conveniences one would expect in a modern home. Maid service is provided six days per week (holidays excepted) for general house keeping duties.
Evening at the rooftop pool will be rewarded with spectacular sunsets overlooking the tranquil bay and beach. In addition the roof-top has an area for entertaining with a restroom for the use of guests. CASA UNO will help make your visit to Puerto Vallarta the paradise vacation of your dreams and will provide you with the comfort of home coupled with the convenience of being close to the heart of Puerto Vallarta. Onsite American manager to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests by monitoring excess noise, number of guests and condo activity.

I can't recommend this condo enough! I have stayed at other condos in PV in the past, and this one blows the rest out of the water. Before I arrived, I was a little concerned about sharing the condo w/ 5 other adults, but the place is SO spacious and open that I never felt cramped (and the 3 bathrooms certainly help!). Not only is the condo huge, but it is also well-maintained, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. In my opinion, the location is really ideal - just a short walk away from the beach + restaurants. Everyone in my party was so smitten w/ the condo, that by the end of our trip we were already planning our return next year :) Separately, the owner of the condo was a pleasure to deal w/ from start to finish - very friendly + professional, quick to respond to my questions/concerns. A+ all around.

Let me just start by saying WOW! This place was huge and so nicely laid out and furnished. My whole family, a husband,2 teens and a 6 year old, had more than enough room to coexist happily for the whole 9 days, alot of that had to do with 3 bathrooms. What a luxury. The beach being less than a minute away was fantastic and the area was so safe that after the first day my husband gave us the ok to run around the area without him (a thing he doesn't do lightly when we are away from home). And did we ever run. There was so much to do within walking distance; food, shopping, the beach. But Personally, one of my favorite parts was the rooftop pool. The sunsets and the panoramic view were spectacular from up there. For the most part, it was our own private little retreat. I began refering to it as my own slice of heaven. I would even announce, "I'm going to heaven now, anyone want to come with?" The whole family would roll their eyes, but they would all go with me too. We will be returning to this place for many more vacations to come.

My husband and I had a great vacation in PV. The location was great because it was only a short distance to shoping areas and wonderful restaurants. The condo was better than decribed and was clean and well-maintained. We loved relaxing and reading by the pool on the top floor. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives, and we hope to come back the same time next year.

Planning a girl's "get-away" trip is never easy - too many choices and too much discussion. We finally settled on Puerto Vallarta and we all agreed that it was the best choice we could have made. We stayed in Casa Uno, a wonderful condo with large rooms, 3 baths, and maid service. The building was located in a delightful part of the city filled with friendly people. The pool and sun deck were on the top floor of the building where we enjoyed our sunbathing or leisurely watched the sunsets and appreciated the view. Taxi service was close by, but we did not feel they were necessary as we found great street and beach restaurants within walking distance to the condo. The sky was a beautiful blue, the bay warm and clear, the April weather fabulous, the margaritas delicious - I can't think of a more perfect place to spend your time, no matter how old you are. Does it sound like we had the best "girl's" trip ever? You bet we did!

Normally I don't always respond to vacation review requests, but I recently returned from the most relaxing, enjoyable vacation I have experienced in some time. We had the pleasure of staying in Casa Uno, a condo located in a great part of Puerto Vallarta, which was within walking distance of almost everything allowing us to enjoy the wonderful local flavor. The condo is in a building with only one condo per floor which maintained our privacy. We were amazed at the large living area and bedrooms which were kept in perfect condition by the maid Feliz. The top floor consisted of the pool and sun deck which gave us the opportunity to appreciate the view with the beautiful sunsets and the surrounding Banderas Bay and its beaches. The owner was very generous in making sure we had all the information that we needed to make our stay as comfortable as can be when visiting a new place. I found several very good and fun restaurants that I would highly recommend such as Casa de Los Pancakes, Fajita Republic, Joe Jack's Fish Shack which happen to all be within walking distance to the condo. There were also many wonderful beach restaurants which I found right at the bottom of the steps in front of the condo. I give nothing but praise to my stay in Casa Uno in Puerto Vallarta and definitely look forward to my return trip. The condo, the beach, the city, the people, the sunsets - all will beckon me back very soon.

March 2007 We were amazed at the spaciouness & openness of this condo. We were a party of six & we had plenty of space and never felt cramped. It was great to have an authentic place which had the true flavor of Mexico and all the conviences we expected. Having a 3rd full bath was very convient. This was our 1st trip to P.V. and we were unsure of the location, but it was within walking distance to any place we wanted to go. Will definitely stay again & again.
