  Beautiful home in a very charming neighborhood! Very clean and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and accommodating! Will definitely bring the family back for more beach time!

  We enjoyed every second of our stay at SeaBreeze & will hopefully be back to stay in the summer. The Spring weather provided us with enough sun to rollick at the beach & enough rain to snuggle indoors @ this super cozy vacation home. Top 5 amentities - fireplace, hot tub, family dining table, front porch & comfortable sleeping arrangements for all of us!! Even if you don't hike try Drift Creek Falls Trail to the waterfall, visit the Newport Aquariaum & don't miss the Lighthouse - stunning views.

  We enjoyed a short trip during Spring Break. The house is just as described and has a real home away from home feel. We had teenagers in tow and they really enjoyed the short walk to the park and the beach. The house was obviously decorated with a lot of thought and has a real coastal feel. The owners were great to deal with and we hopefully will be back. Big hot tub, lots of games & beach toys in addition to a few inflatable mattresses which came in handy. The beach close to the house (I feel) is the nicest in the Lincoln City area.

  This rental is perfect for a family getaway. The property is dog friendly and is in excellent condition. It is well appointed with cooking utensils, wifi, washer/ dryer, tv, and hot tub. The beach is only a short walk away as are some shops and a great mexican restaurant. On the way to the beach is a cute neighborhood with a park my children loved. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to friends.

  We were impressed by the coastal feel, yet modern amenities of this house. It had everything we needed and afforded a wonderful environment to enjoy time with friends. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back.

  We spent a week at Sea Breeze in August 2012. We had a relaxing stay in this this lovely home in a quiet beautiful neighborhood in Lincoln City. The home was just as described, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and tidy. We enjoyed evening dips in the hot tub. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or bake every night. The kids enjoyed the board games, wii, balls, kites, and were very comfortable in their rooms. The home is a short walk to the beach, and there are incredible tide pools at the bottom of the stairs. The linens and towels were clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to do our own laundry and dishes, just as if we were at home. The house is also close to shops, restaurants, and a playground. We would highly recommend this home to any family looking for a nice getaway on the Oregon Coast. This home is also pet friendly.

  Our family was delighted with this well appointed property. Everything was fresh and clean and modern. The open floor plan was great. Nice to have a large space to gather and play games or visit. (Though that said a person could easily find solitude with a walk on the beach or settling in with a book in an adirondack on the wrap-around porch.) We didn't come across any item that wasn't available-- from kitchen utensils, to DVDs & games, to linens, to laundry facilities. I definitely plan to stay again in the future. It is a great property!

  My family and I stayed at this gorgeous house in early June. We were thrilled with the whole experience. To say that everything is beautiful and new is an understatement. There is a lovely brown chaise lounge in the living room where my elderly mother camped and read, drank tea and enjoyed old movies. The kids were thrilled with the wii and the multiple TVs ensured there were no fights over what DVDs we watched. The hot tub was spotless and we enjoyed trying our hand with the hula hoops. There is a great grassy area and volleyball court on the way to the beach. It kept the teenagers occupied and out of our hair! I was a little wary that something must be wrong because the price was so reasonable, but the owner just told us that she and her husband want to make sure people truly enjoy themselves. We took a short walk to breakfast at the Nelscott Cafe - try the french toast! And, of course the kids enjoyed walking to the candy shop every day. The beach access is good too - if you want exercise take the stairs via Olivia beach or go left and there's a handicapped access site (easy walk and even easier drive) which was great for my 81 year old mother. Finally, great for our dogs. They stayed in the back room (dog beds were provided) and it was great to have high fences for them. We would have preferred more sunshine, but we kept ourselves busy. We will definitely be back!
