This beautiful two-bedroom, two and one half-bath villa has a prime location - in Shipyard Plantation, one of the prettiest parts of the island, nestled between Palmetto Dunes and Sea Pines. Shipyard has two gated entrances which affords quick access to everything on the island. The setting is ideal for a family vacation, as there is something for everyone. This villa is within a five-minute walk to the new Shipyard Beach Club and to the Atlantic Ocean.
The unit is across the street from the Crowne Plaza Resort and the Van Der Meer Tennis Center, which offers daily clinics and court rentals for our guests. Golfers will enjoy the view of the 7th green on one of 27 holes of Shipyard Golf Club. Bikers and joggers will enjoy the miles of scenic bike and jogging paths throughout the plantation, as well as HHI. Two bicycles are at the villa for your use with no charge. The Greens swimming pool is located across from the villa. A beach locker is available free to our guests at the new beach house, and beach chairs are within.
Our redecorated villa is two-story, non-smoking, and comes with many amenities to make your stay pleasurable. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, cable TV/DVD, and golf course view. The guest bedroom is also upstairs and has two twin beds, two large closets, and cable TV. Both bedrooms have new linens and spreads, their own private bathrooms. A full-sized washer and dryer are handily situated between the bedrooms. The unit is kept very clean by a very attentive manager. Plus, there is high-speed, wireless Internet access throughout the villa.
The downstairs living area has a fully-equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator with ice maker, microwave oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. Dishes, pot, pans, silverware, and all kitchen linens are included. There is a breakfast nook overlooking the front porch. The dining room has a glass top table with six chairs. In the great room, the sofa makes into a queen sleeper, and there is also a matching loveseat and ottoman for your comfort.
A TV with DVD/VCR and CD/Stereo is also in the great room for your pleasure. The double sliding doors give you access to a private deck with patio furniture and charcoal grill where you can relax and watch golfers navigate the well bunkered 7th green and putt to finish the hole. A half bath is also conveniently located on the first floor.
