Relax on your balcony and enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beach from our one bedroom penthouse level Panama City Beach vacation condo. Begin your day with a beautiful walk along the beach or fit in some cardio at the onsite fitness facility. Unwind while you float in one of the two beachfront pools (one seasonally heated to 85 degrees) or rest along the shore. After a day in the sun, walk over to Pier Park and revel in the 900,000 square feet of retail shops, restaurants and attractions or go back to the condo to enjoy the amazing Panama City Beach sunsets. If fishing is your passion, the Dan Russell Pier is an easy five minute walk from our condo.
This one-bedroom and 1.5 baths floor plan is perfect for a couple or small family. Unlike most other one bedroom units in Calypso, both the master bedroom and the family room have gorgeous Gulf views and doors that access a much larger deck. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private access to a bathroom with a walk in shower, two sinks and a large bathtub. The family room has a queen sleeper sofa and easy access to the half bath, so this unit will comfortably sleep a family of four.
Calypso Resort and Towers is located adjacent to Pier Park, an extensive tropical-feel life-style center. Pier Park brings a new level of shopping and entertainment to Panama City Beach. Pier Park boasts approximately 150 stores and restaurants in an open-air setting and includes entertainment venues such as a park for summer concerts and annual festivals and Southern Theater’s Grand Theater containing sixteen movie theaters with stadium-style seating. Included amongst boutiques such as Ulta Cosmetics and Ann Taylor Loft are large retailers such as Dillard’s, JC Penney, Target, Old Navy and Ron Jon Surf Shop. In addition there are numerous restaurants including Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Panera Bread Company, Reggae J’s Island Grill, Destin’s Back Porch Seafood House, Longhorn Steak House, and Olive Garden as well as two Starbucks. ALL of this with just a short walk away. Imagine never having to even get in your car!

We have stayed in this particular unit a couple of times so far. Condo was clean and presentable. The owner was an excellent person to deal with. The price was very reasonable. The view was great. Would recommend this condo to anyone desiring a stay at Panama City Beach as long as our stay dates doesn't overlap.Recommended for: Age 55+.

This condo was perfect for my husband and me. The view was fantastic, along with the condition of the condo. The owners went out of their way to make it feel like home. It was the nicest, best kept condo I have stayed in at Calypso. The little "extras" that the condo includes that other condos do not really impressed me. The deck was large and the sunsets were beautiful! I would recommend this condo to anyone and hope to return to it in many years to come! LOVED IT!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

The views from the condo were stunning! It was also great being on the top floor. We had easy access to the beach and pools and were conveniently located close to shops, grocery stores, etc. The condo was decorated nicely and very functional for a family of 4. I have highly recommended this property to my family and friends and will stay there again when in PCB. John was wonderful to work with and very considerate!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Your Deposit is due at the time you fill out your Rental Form in order to hold your desired time frame. The rental fee is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
