This cozy and private 3-bedroom 3.5 bath respite is located in a small, private cluster of homes on the far eastern edge of desirable Seagrove Beach. Mar-a-lago has a lovely pool and beautiful views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Little Eastern Lake. This townhome is scenic, quiet, and close to everything on 30A!
The ground floor includes a bedroom with two queen size beds and a bathroom. Upstairs is the main living room and kitchen area. Keep going to the 3rd floor and there are 2 separate bedrooms, both with KING size beds, and balconies with a view. One bedroom overlooks the pool, while the other overlooks the Gulf and Lake.
A patio leads to a grassy area for the kids to play and attractively decorated living/dining area on the second floor has an adjoining upscale kitchen plus a half bath. There is also a balcony off of the living room which overlooks the pool.
Seagrove Beach was named for the thick grove of windswept trees that surround it, and it still maintains the same green canopy of oaks, magnolias, hickories, and sand pines that came to define it a half a century ago. Today, Seagrove has well-balanced menu of off-beach activities that range from exploring Point Washington State Forest to browsing the beach shops and restaurants along Scenic Highway 30A.
