Our Tower II Unit 309 is a 2 bedroom DELUXE unit conveniently located on the third floor directly overlooking the pool waterfall. It is a perfect location--close enough to the ground floor to have great views of all the activities at the pool and beach, and high enough to enjoy the spectacular ocean views. For quick access to the beach, take the nearby stairs or one of the two elevators available.
This DELUXE floor plan unit offers more square footage than the typical standard unit. We have 1317 square feet of living space plus a 119 square foot balcony.
Wake up in the morning in the master bedroom and enjoy the ocean view through the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the sugary white beach. Move onto the adjoining balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture, and enjoy your morning coffee with the nice ocean breeze. There are ocean views from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. Entrance to the balcony is from the living room and master bedroom.
Our condo features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop and washer and dryer. The bathrooms are travertine shower and tub surround with decorator vanities including marble countertops. There are tile floors throughout the condo. We have three HDTV’s with built-in DVD players and internet connection in the living room. Free Wi-Fi is provided. The condo is decorated with beautiful furniture throughout.
Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is the only full service resort on Panama City Beach. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! The amenities are awesome! The resort has a par-3 executive 9-hole golf course on property, a Wellness and Fitness Center, a full service spa, 11 swimming pools, 6 reflecting ponds, 4 whirlpool spas, an 11,500-square-foot Polynesian-style Lagoon Pool with an elaborate system of waterfalls and islands within the pool itself, 1/2 mile of beach, water sports (jet ski, parasail, banana boat, Kayak, Chartered boats), Ocean’s Bar and Grill, a large Tiki Bar, a Pizza Hut Express (summer only), Edgie’s Corner Market (a gift shop with Starbucks coffee and ice cream,) tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, live music and activities pool-side (summer only), and 24 hour gated security.
Edgewater Beach Resort is conveniently located to countless activities. There are several restaurants, shops, and activities such as miniature golf and a game room easily within walking distance. The new Pier Park Shopping Area is about a 10 minute drive away and has one million square feet of shopping and entertainment. Here you will find an outside mall with several upscale shops, two department stores, many great restaurants, bars, live music, a movie theater, kids’ activities and a small amusement park. You may also like to take advantage of Panama City Beach's many other activities all within a short drive...Gulf World Marine Park, Shipwreck Island waterpark, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, WonderWorks, Shell Island, chartered fishing tours, dolphin cruises, go carts, and more.
Walmart is about one mile east from the condo and Publix Super Market is located closeby on Back Beach Road, both of which are great for grocery shopping. There is a Target at Pier Park, also great for grocery shopping.

My husband and I were immediately impressed with the Edgewater Resort as we drove in. The grounds were immaculate. Upon entering the condo we were blown away! Everything was sparkling clean, the décor was stunning and you could tell immediately that the furniture was expensive. Was also impressed with the granite countertops and travertine tile floors throughout--so much nicer and cleaner than carpet. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare our meals. Loved that the bedroom bedspreads were clean and the bath towels were sparkling white. We enjoyed all the flat screen TV's and the WiFi--we even had a dvd player which we used a RedBox to catch up on the latest movies. The dvd player really was an unexpected plus. We loved that we had lounge chairs with an umbrella provided! This is undoubtedly the nicest condo we have ever stayed in--and we have been coming to Panama City Beach for 25 years. We will never stay anywhere else from now on!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

The owner's description didn't do this condo justice! It was wonderful! Very roomy (we came with teenage boys), nicely decorated, and well-maintained. We had a beautiful oceanfront view and access to two beach chairs with umbrella. We had a fantastic time! The owner was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. Edgewater is near everything and a great place to stay. We love staying here and will be coming back next year if its available!!!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

My family loved our vacation at Edgewater. The ocean view was perfect. We loved the sound of the waterfall just outside the condo. The condo was very clean,it didn't have a lot of STUFF sitting around so you had lots of room. The Master bedroom was huge.Bathrooms were smaller,guess that's why the bedrooms had more room,but it was all you need. Space between living room and dining room was a great place to put your beach stuff and completely out of the way. The photos are completely accurate. The owner was always available during our plans and stay. Even called when we arrived to make sure everything was ok with the condo. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. Just what we needed for a relaxing vacation! Thanks for sharing your condo with my family.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

We had a great time. The condo was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The location over the waterfall pool is very nice and the view of the beach and ocean could not be better. After going back to VRBO to book our next vacation in PCB, I realized I forgot to write a review for our September stay. I had searched for days looking for a codo for my family. I wanted everything to be perfect when we arrived. I can honestly say your condo was the right choice. You have a beautiful condo which is super clean and well maintained. We loved all the windows looking down on the beach. The large master bedroom was a definate plus. Edgewater is by far our favorite resort in Panama City Beach! The grounds are beautiful and we also like the fact it is gated for security. These are only a few reasons we have chose your wonderful condo for our May vacation in PCB!! The complex was very easy to find. It was all we expected and more. The pools were awesome as were the sunsets! Plenty of restaurants were nearby and with Wal-mart just down the street, we were able to buy most of our meals and prepare them in the fully-equipped kitchen. The condo was beautiful and clean. I could really see myself living there year round. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful vacation and really enjoyed the condo. The furnishings are beautiful and I liked that there wasn't alot of "stuff" sitting around for me to worry over (vases, knicknacks, etc). The less the better for us and this place was perfect. The televisions all worked great (we had problems with two of the tvs in the last unit we rented) and I slept like a log in the gorgeous king-size bed even on the first night (and that never happens for me!). Never had to wait for an elevator, the grounds are beautiful and roomie and this unit in Tower II is perfectly situated to get to everything on the property with ease. And the view from the Master bedroom thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows? Forget about it! Gorgeous! Probably my favorite part of the whole trip was waking up and rolling over to a view of the ocean without even having to get out of bed. I will definitely be staying at The Edgewater again and will be my unit of choice from now on.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

My family stayed at Edgewater, Tower II, #309, for Labor Day weekend. The condo was even better than the pictures! The master bedroom has a fabulous view and is huge. The layout was perfect for our family of four because there are two beds in the guest room. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. Since it's on the third floor, it was easy to take the stairs if you were in hurry, instead of waiting on the elevator. The owner made herself available by email and phone if we needed her for any reason. Worth mentioning: if you aren't familiar with this area, Edgewater is very convenient to stores and restaurants. Of course we had to go to Pineapple Willy's the very first night for dinner and t-shirts for the kids!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

The accommodations were very nice and lived up to the photos. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the master bedroom. The view is beautiful and the grounds were lovely. It all starts with the VIEW!!! Standing on the balcony of this 3rd floor beachfront condo reminds you that you are truly away on vacation. The master bedroom has picture windows from floor to ceiling overlooking the resort and beach. You also have a great patio for sipping coffee and enjoying the early morning Panama City weather. The condo has everything you need and appears to be updated recently. The Edgewater amenities are first class. Multiple pools, hot tubs, private beach, tennis, and even golf. We also enjoyed the fitness room at the resort. The location was great and you are right in the heart of Panama City Beach. We had a great time and highly recommend a stay at this condo.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

About the owner: Our family loves to come to our condo and enjoys sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and playing in the sand with our 2 1/2 year old grandson. He loves the sand and the hot tubs! It is so much fun!!! We love swimming in the beautiful ocean and the Lagoon Pool, which is breathtaking with all of the beautiful tropical plants and the island in the middle. The heated pools are especially nice in cool weather, which makes the cooler months nice for vacationing as well as the warm months. Our favorite times to visit are Spring, Fall, and Winter, but every season has something different to offer. Our favorite place to eat is Capt. Anderson's Restaurant.

My husband and I have been coming to Panama City Beach for vacations since we were children. We love it because of the gorgeous soft white sand that is not like any other beach and the beautiful ocean water. We watched Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort being built and it was the finest property and still is the nicest property in PCB in our opinion. The property is consistently well-maintained and the grounds are gorgeous. We are so fortunate to be able to own a property here and to be able to share it with others.
