  We were searching for a location where my elderly in-laws could enjoy the views of the ocean & beach without having to actually be on the beach. This condo was the perfect spot. The views from the main living area and the master bedroom are incredible. The accommodations are very comfortable and welcoming. Our junior at UNCW took her proud grandparents on a tour of the campus but that was the extent of our sight-seeing. Everyone just wanted to lounge at the condo! Janie was very helpful and informative. We are looking forward to renting this condo again.

  Our family had a fantastic vacation at this condo. We were visiting family in the area and felt right at home. The condo is very spacious and clean. It's centrally located so it's easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. There were several cute ice cream places right across the street. The view from the condo is gorgeous. We could watch all the beach fun from our balcony when we weren't actually on the beach. We actually saw dolphins two times while we were there. We made great family memories here and are hoping to return. Janie was so easy to work with and was available to answer all my questions. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area. Thanks!

  The location for this condo is awesome – right in the center of everything – walking distance to shops and restaurants – and right on the beach with an awesome view It was very comfortable and tastefully decorated with a wonderful seaside feel – very much a home away from home. Kitchen is well stocked if cooking is on your to do list. Pool and recreation area looked inviting and very usable – too cool for us to swim in March. Beach itself is beautiful – clean with great waves. The entire complex takes great pride in their security and safety of guests is an obvious priority. Janie, the owner, was efficient and very helpful. The property was very clean and well-maintained. We hope to visit again in October.

  The condo was perfectly situated for our visit which was checking our the area for the college for my daughter and a possible retirement home. The ocean front views were amazing and the condo was in great shape. We had 5 people in our party and it was more than enough room. The security was impressive but sometimes cumbersome if you forgot your access key. The beach was clean and everyone I met was very pleasant, to include other owners and renters, the security officers, life guards and beach patrol. Janie, the property owner could not have been any more professional and friendly and made my last minuts rental plans extremely easy to secure. I have already recommended the place to another similiarly situation parent on the same mission.
