EMAIL FOR OUR GREAT SUMMER SPECIALS. This villa is tucked away from the world in a privately owned six-plex that’s directly across from the Atlantic Ocean.
We’re in a residential area of the beach just steps to the ocean. The quiet, laid back atmosphere is a nice change from the normal busy condo complex.
This spacious unit
is bright and open with tile floors throughout. This is a very LARGE unit (950 sq ft under air). You'll find a personal computer with high-speed digital access, and both TV’s have upgraded cable and A/V plug in. Park right outside your door in our private lot with security lighting. There’s a laundry room in the building for your use 24 hours a day, a car wash pad, outdoor shower, library, toys for the beach, bikes in the garage…
The full kitchen w/pantry has everything you normally find in your own home. The master bedroom and the living area both have private access to the center area of this unit...The kitchen, dining area, utility room and a door to the bath when the sliding walls are closed. We have quality beds and sleeper sofas in all our villas.
PLEASE NOTE: Our villas are kept exceptionally clean. We do all our own cleaning and maintenance, so everything is up to date and very clean. We add lots of little extras to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible.
PETS: We allow two quiet and well-behaved pets with no weight restrictions on the size of your dog.
SMOKING: Smoking is allowed outside in our courtyards and on our balconies. No smoking is allowed inside villa.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: Sleeps up to 6 people. Queen bed in master bedroom; Queen sleeper sofa in the living area; Full size bunk beds.
CLOSE ATTRACTIONS: A short, convenient drive to all the restaurants and shopping in the area. Close enough to all the Central Florida parks and sights to see any one of them as a comfortable day trip. Drive to Disney for the day, St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, Canaveral National Seashore (at your back door), Bok Tower, Turtle Mound, Silver Springs, Daytona Speedway (half hour), a variety of great golf courses, plus another endless number of things to fill your leisure hours. And don’t forget the beach just a few short steps away.
