  I rented the modern loft for 6 weeks while I was waiting for my new home to close. Great location, beautiful light, very spacious and a fully-equipped kitchen. It's in a safe, quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. It's also a 5 minute walk to Abbot Kinney and a 10 minute walk to the canals and the beach. I especially loved that the loft is pet-friendly! The loft is the best of all worlds in Venice living, thank you for a wonderful stay!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  We had a great stay here. The location is wonderful - it's a nicer, quieter area than the Venice Beach strip, and there is easy parking on the street. It's walking distance to the marina, the canals and the beach. The loft was really clean and ready for our arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials. The bathroom is small, but functional - the shower is actually very spacious, but I could've used extra counter or shelf space. Furniture is adequate, but nothing special (there is now also a small table with two chairs). The bed is really comfy with high quality sheets, and tons of different pillows. The loft is really bright, with lots of windows and a skylight, and I loved the huge tree (it wasn't there yet when the pics were taken). Note there are lots of stairs, both outside and up to the sleeping loft - this was not an issue for us, but it may be for some. We did have a few small issues with internet, TV, and heating, but everything was resolved very quickly. They are easily reachable, very responsive and will do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. I would recommend this loft for couples looking for a clean place in a safe, quiet area.

  In case you thought Ronnie's reviews were a bit too good to be true, I thought we should add ours: Lisa's arrangements all worked perfectly with no hassle at all; the loft is exactly as described and as shown in the photos (well, actually they have upgraded the sofa to a slinky black number and the bedding is now white - all good). This is a great quiet location, really convenient for the beach (you can always find parking up there) and for W LA, with easy street parking. Highly recommended.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  I came back to the second story loft for more fun in the sun. This time around I brought my son along and once again Lisa fully delivered. Everything was in order like last time for our week long stay. The 5 star rating says it all. I could not have been more satisfied!

  Well, what can I say? I'll tell you what I can say. This vacation rental experience was excellent. This was the first time I went the vacation rental route rather than getting a hotel and my experience could not have been any better thanks to Lisa! The whole process from start to finish was easy breezy. The modern loft was beautiful, clean, cozy etc.... with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. Just to give you an example of how awesome Lisa is, I asked about a blender and she said the place did not have one. Well when I show up, presto top off the line blender! She really made sure I had every thing I needed for my one week stay. The place is in a quiet neighbor hood but close enough to all the action on abbot kinney blvd. and Venice beach. Also there is a bike path about a block away if you want to enjoy a nice bike ride around the marina. I plan on being a repeat customer in the near future and look forward to another great experience. Oh -- checklist: listing accurate, photos accurate, easy safe resedintial street parking, well-maintained, owner helpful...you get the idea. P.S.....You will enjoy that beautiful off shore wind that flows through the loft everyday . Being from Arizona that was the icing on the cake!
