The Beach Front Condominiums is a two story, two building,36 unit complex located directly on West Beach of Gulf Shores and 1.5 miles from Hwy 59. The West Beach Community is an active resort community with all the active family amenities for a beach vacation. This area is a quiet mix of beach homes, condos, small beach stores and family owned restaruants.
At the Beach Front Condominiums, a wide walkway surrounds the front of the building, which steps lead just 10 steps out to the white, sugar sand and Emerlad Waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A Gazebo is located at direclty on the beach for viewing breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. There is NO elevator or Swimming pool, but the beach is your front yard.
This cozy, cottage 2 bedroom/ 1 bath unit is located on the 1st floor and the 3rd unit from the end closer to the beach. The approximately 665 square feet has recently been updated with new paint, rugs, new bedspreads, 42' Flat screen HGTV and a few furniture pieces. The Master bedroom features a queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom offers two twin size beds and the living room has a sofa sleeper. This unit sleeps 6 comfortably. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The condo is fully furnished with linens, and everything you will need in the kitchen. A washer and dryer are provided for your convienence.
This Beach Front unit is one of the BEST values of all the condos that are located directly on the beach!!
