I rent this house almost every year for a couple of weeks and it is one of a kind. The view from the porch is breathtaking. Sometimes you can see the dolphins playing in the waves while having breakfast on the porch. It is only a few steps away from the beautiful beach. Fishing and surfing ist great. I also enjoy the long beachwalks. The house is fully equipped and you will find everything you need for a perfect vacation. A great place to relax and recharge your batteries. I live in Germany and the long journey to this amazing place is absolutely worth it. Very friendly and helpful owner. My wife and I can`t wait to be back again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Fantastic! In only a few steps the sand of the beach is between your toes. The beach was not crowded and morning and evening walks were pleasant and peaceful. The deck allowed for an ocean view with the soothing sound of the surf and beach breeze. The accomodations were comfortable and clean. Townhouse loaction was an easy 10 minute drive to excellent restaurants in the main business area Our family looks forward to staying at this location again next year. We have recommended this property to others.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My immediate family has 16 members and we ALL have gone to these condos for the last 9 summers. We rent all 4 units and enjoy the many amenities offered, especially the nearby pool, easy beach access with the spectacular view plus the spaciousness that these units offer us. There is plenty of room for us to have dinner together every night but also spend private time alone. The washers and dryers help with all of our wet towels as well. We will continue to go there and make wonderful family memories! By the way, the owner is very easy to work with and quite understanding to address any needs that arise.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is the most tranquil place on earth. The condo is only a few steps to the beach and a perfectly quiet location. My family just love it there and plan to return again next year. We've been going there for the past fifteen years. The owners seem to upgrade it a little every year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

we had a wonderful week in your gorgeous condo on new smyrna beach. we loved the sound and smell of the salt water, the beautiful views, the pool and tennis court. everything was immaculate and we wanted for nothing. what a great place in a great location. thank you so much.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.
