This home is a 2 level with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs and one Queen bedroom and full bath downstairs. The home was fully renovated in June 2012 to include new carpet, new furniture, new paint, granite counter tops, large island and all new appliances. All bedrooms consist of walk in closets. The large master bedroom has a garden tub, separate shower stall and double sink. The master suite has a flat screen TV, huge deck with a gorgeous view of the golf course and San Tan mountains. The family room with a 50' flat screen, fireplace and kitchen are connected for perfect entertaining. The billards room is located on the first floor with easy access to the kitchen and familyroom. The upstairs loft has a desk with printer, free wireless internet access and a queen size pull out couch. The family room has a queen size pull out couch. The backyard is AMAZING with a new L-shaped pool, fire pit with seating and view of the tee box. The pool is fenced with a locking gate for child safety and is heated at no extra charge. Directly across the street from the house is a childrens playground.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 nights after having spent a few night in Las Vegas. It was so nice to have room and the comforts to relax. Though it was February and it was a little cooler outside we were able to enjoy the pool due to the fact it was heated. We also stayed warm in front of the outdoor firepit. It was really nice to be on vacation but still be able to do laundry and cook simple meals to save some money for nights out. Evenings in were enjoyed playing pool. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to catch up on sleep that was lost in Vegas. house was clean, very well equipped and nicely appointed. Quiet neighbourhood, with easy access. Will hope to stay there again next year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The house was very clean and had lots of sleeping space (pull out couches and air mattresses). The heated pool was great for the kids to play in. There were stores within 15 minutes drive for essentials (supermarket, Walgreens, WalMart) and the San Tan Mountain park was great for hiking/running. The location is further South than we realized so getting to tourist attractions around Phoenix took 45 minutes drive. The owners were responsive and accommodating. I think we were the one of the first renters so the house was missing some minor items like wine glasses and a blender. I would recommend it and would rent again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We live in Illinois and have enjoyed vacationing in Arizona.
Why the Owner Chose San Tan Valley:
We love to play golf and in Illinois during the winter months this is not possible. We have vacationed in Arizona for the past few years and decided to buy a home that we could use during our stay and also rent it out to other vacationers.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We fell in love with this property from the first time we saw it. The over size lot provides for the many amenities in the back yard. The brand new Pebble Tec L-Shaped pool is beautiful at night with the underwater pool light on. The fire pit with the seating around it is a very nice addition. The view of the golf course is the best. No worry about the house or backyard getting hit with golf balls because it is on the tee box. We enjoy playing golf and then coming home and watching others play from our back yard.
