Imposing doors & sweeping front gardens lead into an elegantly styled great room with towering ceilings and Roman-style pillars. A formal sitting room & separate dinning area give way to the spacious family room with TV, h/speed Internet, DVD, CD & audio system. A large fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with central Island includes dishwasher, stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer & automatic ice dispenser. Master en-suite bedroom has king-size bed, walk-in closets, & TV, French doors lead out to the swimming pool. The luxury en-suite bathroom has oversized bath, walk-in shower & separate toilet. Bedroom (2) has queen-size bed and large double closets. Bedrooms (3) & (4) feature twin beds with walk- in closets.
Fishing – Boating - Golf: At the end of the day watch the sun go down from your own private boat dock, ideal for fishing the waters of the tropical canal. Cape Coral has more than 400 miles of canals.
There are many ways to explore the outer islands and getting there in your own boat is half the fun. We can arrange your boat to be delivered to your dock for a just few days or a whole week. No special boat license is required, you must be 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license. If you can drive a car you will find it easy to drive a boat.
There are over 60 golf courses within 1 hour drive of the home.
A 10-15 minute drive will take you to Royal Tee Golf Club a semi private / public 27 hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis. Four sets of tees, driving range, two practice greens, pro shop and a full service restaurant.
