From the 180 degree wrap around deck, enjoy your view of the miles of white sand and beaches of Panama City Beach. Enjoy the beautiful evening sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Five huge sets of glass sliding doors, three large floor to ceiling windows, and mirrored walls give you the sensation of being on the beach. Located on the 7th floor in the desirable C Building, 1500+ square feet with spacious living/dining room. Split bedroom plan, master (15x15) and guest (13x16) suites each with their own bath and separate entrance to the deck. Separate laundry room with washer/dryer.
Flat screen TV, CD, VCR, king master suite w/TV, queen guest w/ TV. Comfortable sofa bed in living room. Uniquely decorated.
The 7x74 (518 sq. ft) panoramic wrap deck has 2 lounge chairs, 1 large table, and 5 chairs. The deck setup allows you to enjoy sun or shade, depending on your mood.
Stay connected with wireless internet service in your unit. Summerhouse offers 2 large beachside pools (1 heated in the winter), hot tub, kiddie pool, gazebo picnic and grill area, tennis court, racquetball, shuffleboard, and game room with 2 pool tables and video games.
Our quote to you will include $95 cleaning fee and Florida taxes. Maximum number of people is six including children. We book on a first deposit basis.

We came down for a relaxing Mother's Day getaway. We have stayed at Summerhouse for years. We loved this unit. Beautifully decorated with all of the comforts of home. This is our fifteenth year at Summerhouse and have had many different units and can honestly say this is truly the best!! A real gem. Beautifully furnished, well supplied and a panaramic view that made our winter stay so enjoyable in every way. Been coming to Summerhouse since 1992. Have always loved this unit the best. We really love and appreciate all of the new updates. Had to stay in a different unit last year. Yuck!! About: We bought our unit at Summerhouse as a family. Our names are Jan, Shaun, Steve, and Robbin. The unit was in bad shape when we first saw it, but, the view was spectacular. Jan became the decorator and oversaw all of the remodeling and decorating of the unit. Jan and Shaun now spend their winters in the unit, each year adding new updates. We hope that you enjoy our home as much as we do.
Why Summerhouse:
There isn't another complex on Panama City Beach that has the proximity to the water and view of this complex. The wrap unit puts you right over the beach and ocean, with lovely views up and down the beach. When we walked into the unit and saw the view and heard the ocean, we were sold that this was the place for us.
