About the owner: We are Canadians from British Columbia, but we love Puerto Vallarta and therefore made the purchase of a condo there. We think of it as our home away from home and we look forward to spending as much time as possible there. When we are not there we hope to share this great location with other like minded individuals.
Why the Owner Chose Romantic Zone:
The location of this property is fantastic. Only a half block to Los Muertos beach and the Malecon. There are many restaurants within easy walking to choose from. If you would like to enjoy some night life there are a number to choose from which provide live bands.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our complex has 24 hour security and a heated salt water pool for year round enjoyment. There is an elevator and lush tropical garden with mature trees, and a shaded common area with fridge, lounges and a TV. Our condo has WiFi internet that is accessible from the pool and common areas.
