This beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bath home is located minutes from everything in Port Aransas and is within 500 feet of the development’s private beach access and a few steps to the swimming pool. With sleeping arrangements for up to eight people and over 1000 square feet of living space, it is the perfect accommodation for a family vacation or a fishing trip with friends. The owners recognize that vacations are precious and have furnished the home with items they look for in a vacation rental to assure that your stay will be fantastic.

The living area is warm and inviting with a 27 inch TV, DVD/VCR player, Disney game paddle, and two full size futons with inner spring mattresses. For those times when you want to stay indoors or when you need entertainment for the young travelers in your group there are books, board games, movies, and a childrens activity center provided.

To assure a good night’s rest, both bedrooms are decorated in fun nautical themes with queen-size plush top mattress sets, 250+ thread count bedding and four pillows. The living area sleeps four on two full-size inner spring futon mattresses with the same quality linens. One bathroom has a walk in shower while the other provides bathtub accommodations for bathing children. Both have full linens, hair dryers and the main bath includes a washer and dryer.

Outside you have the option of enjoying the private rear deck with two Weber charcoal grills, a picnic table and shaded sand box or the private upper deck with patio furniture and a locking gate blocking the stairs. In the garage you will find fishing pole holders, a wagon for transporting things to the beach, a refrigerator for drinks/bait, a cooler for taking drinks to the beack, and a few toys for erecting sand castles.

The owners are non-smoking pet owners and therefore, pets are welcome but smoking inside is not.
