  This condo is amazing! The location next to the pool is wonderful. We had every breakfast outside on our patio. The furnishings are all brand new and the beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back to stay again very soon. David was so easy to work with and I already have the deposit back!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property with us.

  We have rented in this area for years and this was the best.Working with this owner was a pleasure and I will always contact him first.

  David's condo was home for 4 weeks and we loved it, so we have made reservations again for later this year. The condo was very clean, excellent location, new furniture and beds sooo comfy, the kitchen is a dream and fully stocked with beautiful dishes, pots and pans and all the things we needed. We loved the BBQ and did most of our ccoking there. David called to see if everything was Okay once we were there, he keeps on top of things and is like a friend. The bikes were great to see the resort and being right at the pool was a bonus. It is top notch all the way. We have recommended David's properties to others as well, but hopefully there will still be room for us. Can't wait to go back.

  We've stayed at all of this owner's properties in Desert Falls over the years and will continue to do so. All are well maintained with everything you need to spend your vacation. Get what groceries you need at Costco and you're set! If Fitness is your game you have access to a fully state of the art gym right in the Desert Falls Clubhouse and the rest of the grounds are First Class as well. If you're looking for a "turn-key" experience at a premier destination this is the spot. The owner will work with you to address any needs or concerns once there and you will be fully satisfied upon departure. Enjoy!

  We’ve become partial to Desert Falls for our weekend getaways and over the years have stayed at several units of all shapes and sizes. A couple years ago, we stayed at one of David’s properties and now look no further. Like the others, this “newest” unit is not your typical rental, it has all the comforts of home and then some! Beautifully decorated and well-appointed, the photos don’t do it justice. The owner is very easy to work with, flexible and accommodating. We will continue to come back time and time again.
