  If you are lucky enough to be able to rent this condo do so. First, it is in a marvelous location - on a corner of a quiet street where there is little car or people traffic. The view of the Sound from the sitting room, living room, and kitchen is spectacular. The bedroom is wonderful because it is in the back where it is so quiet and the ceiling fan kept air moving with such soothing white noise. Behind this condo is a lovely stretch of grass which is hard to find in Maushop.. The condo itself was in immaculate condition upon arriving - everything you could possibly want was supplied. All furnishings were clean and very confortable. The owner was readily available if needed. All of this and one is SO close to Mashpee Commons where unique restaurants and stores are located. I've been coming back for many years and this condo is perfect.

  I stayed at 15 Milestone in August with a few close friends and had an absolutely wonderful vacation. The unit itself is so cozy, yet very open and airy. It is in a perfect location with a quick walk to the beach and great views of the water. The village itself is a great spot for vacationing whether you are looking for something quiet and romantic or family friendly. If we return to the Cape, we would definitely try to stay here again. We couldn't have asked for a better place to get away.

  My wife and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at 15 Milestone. The charming unit has a great location and is perfect for some seaside R&R. It's really hard to beat.

  This past week my husband and I were able to get away for a few days to our favorite spot on Cape Cod, Maushop Village in New Seabury. We have stayed here many times over the years with our children and this was our first time back, just the two of us. This cottage is charming! The location is perfect! We have stayed in many of the cottages here and this one is by far the best. Everything you need is supplied, beach chairs, complete kitchen, brand new dishwasher and washing machine and dryer, cozy furniture, a dining table with the most fantastic views you could ever imagine, two patio's complete with furniture. The front patio, which has great views, has a lounge chair and porch swing where I spent many hours reading and watching Vineyard Sound. The Hydrangea's are all over the front and back of the cottage. The owner was wonderful as well. He answered all our questions promptly and was gracious enough to extend our departure time because the cottage was not being rented that night. We hope to return very soon and this cottage will definitely be our first choice!!

  My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location and look forward to coming back in the future. The view from the cottage is spectacular, and there are plenty of windows to enjoy the setting. The property was clean and well-maintained. The appliances are new, and we had all of the kitchen gadgets that we needed. We also appreciated the nice bed and bedding. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure. We were close to the beach, and also close to our car so it was convenient to walk down to the beach or drive wherever we needed to go. We would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives. The owner provided great customer service. We look forward to coming back to stay here in the future.
