This spacious, ground floor condominium is in a secluded (very secure), tropical setting yet a short walk to the southern end of Playa Conchal, the most famous beach in Costa Rica. Just a few minutes to the south is the always exciting little city of Tamarindo, featured in several popular surfing movies. This is the perfect place to get away from everything and relax. We would drink our morning coffee down at the pool which has spectacular views of the ocean. The condo looked brand new and had everything we needed to be able to have a home away from home. We were able to go to the grocery store and cook most of our meals at the condo. However, there are some great restaurants that are nearby we tried too. This is a great location because it is away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the bigger cities, but close enough for the convenience to get whatever you need. The the beach (Playa Conchal) is absolutely beautiful! We took daily walks on the beach and it was so peaceful. The owner's were great to work with and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who is wanting to go to Costa Rica. We will absolutely be staying here again!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We were pleasantly surprised by the serenity of the condo and how well it fit our needs. Just show up with your clothes and a tooth brush! The pool was huge and provided a relaxing shaded area. We also had an easy walk to the beach but when the tide is out, it is only a 12 min. ride to nearby Brasalito and several choices of restaurants.. We definitely would stay here againRecommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

The condo was perfect! Nicely furnished and decorated; Near a quiet beach, small town, completely outfitted kitchen, and the view is terrific!. We would return in a second. There is a pool at the condo that is all in tile...very nice in the heat. It had a real cost rican country feel, but is close enough to drive to more populated areas.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

About the owner: My husband and I lived in Costa Rica full-time for 4 years and absolutely loved the experience and particularly this beach area. We look forward to going back each year to enjoy the beauty of the country and the tranquility of our condo. It's our opportunity to decompress, chill out, get some sun and great food! Pura vida!

When we decided to move back to the US, we knew we wanted a condo to come back to, year after year to share with our family and friends. Of all the properties we looked at (dozens of projects in the area), we chose this one because of the spectacular location, proximity to the beach and quiet setting. It's our little piece of paradise and we'd love to share it with you!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The condo project is small, with only 18 units. That translates into a low intensity lifestyle which is very important to us. We also love the modern amenites and ground floor, corner unit. No humping up and down stairs for us! Yet, within minutes we can be playing golf, going to a zip line adventure or dining at a great restaurant. Perfect!
