This peaceful country setting for vacations in the upstate of South Carolina is located halfway between Atlanta and Charlotte (each 2 hours away). Enjoy a comfortable home with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and an extra bonus room (furnished with a double bed) over the garage. The floor plan for the main rooms ( living rm, dining rm, kitchen, breakfast nook) is open, and the living room and 2 of the bedrooms open onto a pleasant screened porch and deck overlooking a fenced backyard with wooded area beyond. The side and front yard overlook mowed pasture.
This location is just 5 miles off interstate 85. It is approximately 30 minutes from Greenville, SC...20 minutes from Clemson, SC...20 minutes from Anderson, SC...and 90 minutes from Asheville, NC. All of these area are filled with lakes (Hartwell being the nearest), sports activities (bicycle events, tennis tournaments, horseback events, fishing events), and a myriad of cultural interests (Greenville's Peace Center for performing arts, Flatrock Playhouse in NC, local festivals, and art galleries). So 108 Pearman Drive may be used as a headquarters for side trips, graduations (Clemson and Anderson Universities), Clemson football weekends (we can make a parking place in Clemson available), or just for quiet, relaxing get-away vacation.
