Built new in 2007, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is in a quiet location, directly fronting onto the beautiful Caribbean Sea, facing directly south for all day sun. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets, crystal clear azure blue water, usually very calm. 10 minutes walk to beautiful white sand, gently sloping, usually deserted beach, or 10 minutes walk across to the other side of the island, to the pink sand beaches of the Atlantic.
Short driving distance to shops, bars, restaurants, gift shops, banks, etc. Scuba diving, deep sea fishing, bone fly fishing, tennis etc, all available locally.
This is a very friendly island, everyone you speak to is just lovely. It is a beautiful, friendly, relaxed place, with turquoise seas, and beautiful sunny weather.
