An updated, single level, open styled 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home in a quiet area of Sea Pines with an easy 1 mile bike ride to the beach. Master Bedroom with private bath opens to the deck that overlooks private backyard that is perfect for grilling and eating outdoors. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a double futon. Third bedroom has a queen bed. There are two family rooms, one with a TV and another with fireplace and skylights that opens up to the deck. The kitchen is completely updated with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and beautiful maple cabinets. The entry way, hallway and both family rooms have wood floors while the kitchen is tiled for easy clean up and the bedrooms are carpeted. A full size washer and dryer are contained in a hall closet for your convenience.
Fish or crab in the lagoon less than fifty yards from the backyard, or head to the beach for fun in the sun. Easy easy bike ride to the Beach Club, Salty Dog, and Harbor town.
The Sea Pines Nature Reserve and Stables are within a quick walk from our back deck. The street is a quiet cul de sac perfect for small kids and bikes.

We stayed in this property for 3 months Feb. - April 2013. It is perfectly located being very near the Forest Preserve (walks daily), horse stables, and entrance to Sea Pines. The kitchen was delightful to cook in, which I love to cook. Since we love to bicycle, we found the Sea Pines bicycle the BEST in all of Hilton Head Island. Lisa and Ed were wonderful to rent from and were very accommodating. The weather was not the best this year and we did not use the expansive deck. Spring, Summer and Fall would find the deck very convenient indeed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
