Me, my wife, and 1 year old son stayed in a villa for a week and loved everything about it. Attentive host (Mike), incredible location (walking distance to everything - beach, restaurants, night life), impeccable accommodation (modern, clean, & spacious), and most importantly a super value. We hosted friends and family for a BBQ in the building's patio space and all were impressed. I would recommend any of the villas and will certainly return in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The pictures provided are a bit misleading. The property is actually located on the main street of this beach island town, next to one of the main and most busy intersections, which is nicely left out of the pictures. The unit was supposed to have internet but unfortunately it did not work during our stay and the speakers on the TV need to be fixed. Nonetheless, the unit is centrally located and all you need to do to get to the beach is cross the main street. The unit was very clean and fully equipped, the sofa bed was very comfortable due to a additional foam mattress that has been added and the BBQ in the back is fantastic!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.
Owner response: Dear Guest, The recent pictures posted on the web site were taken on location and are detailed... Note: The island is busier in the winter months. I work very hard to address any guest issues that may arise; including yours during your 3 day stay. IE: When my property manager informed me that you were having trouble with the BrightHouse (high speed) free WiFi, I immediately called the Network provider (which informed me that the signal was strong), I drove to the property and checked the connection on my iPad (it worked), and also was informed by other tenants (with longer stays) that they "were not having problems". The 26" flat screen Magnovox TV is NEW in 2012 and was working well during the recent villa upgrades and just before your check in, but I will definitely look into it. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the Simmons sofa sleeper (with added memory foam top) and the grill. In the future, you may want to try calling my direct number located in the villa "information book" or on the refrigerator, in order to resolve any issues that may arise during your stay. Our stay was very pleasant, the owner was very accomodating and hospitable. A very clean and peaceful place right on the wonderful beach with spectacular views. If you want to relax from the everyday stress, this is the place! It is close to everything, my wife and son loved it and we would highly recommend it to anyone and we would stay there again.Owner response: I am very happy you and your family enjoyed your stay...

(SLIRPS) Purchased this 2 story / 4-plex located right in the center of beautiful Bradenton Beach because of its great location and proximity to the Beach, City Park, and the Bay. The property has on site parking spaces, one assigned parking space for your villa. Addition public parking is on the East side of the building a short 1/2 block away for a beach wedding or daily visitors.

The sand dollar white beach has natural wading pools just past the surf. Sometimes there is no surf at all, which is popular with relaxation seeking rafters.
