The 730 sq ft, one bedroom plus solarium/bedroom plus office, suite features functional open concept design with European style cabinetry, high end stainless steel appliances, polished Hanstone counter-top and engineered hardwood flooring. Eleven foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows brings in tons of natural light.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom can have a twin bunk bed or a convertible double bed, depending on your needs. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 of you. The suite includes Wi-Fi, cable HDTV, DVD player, in-suite laundry pair for full convenience. There are also a bike room and one secured underground parking spot.
This suite is nestled in the prestige Point Grey Village. Amenities are only steps away and include multitude of shops, restaurants, liquor stores, cafes, grocery stores, pharmacy and services.
Downtown, UBC, Jericho Beach, Pacific Spirit Regional Park are only minutes away by car. Local north shore mountains ski resorts, such as Cypress, Seymour and Grouse offer great summer activities, are all within a short drive. The world famous Whistler/Blackcomb resort is only one and a half hour drive away. You can also leave your car behind and use the extended public transit services – bus, sky train and sea bus.

David was quick to respond our inquiry. The flat was beautiful. It was clean and tidy and furnished with new appliances, modern art pieces, and all the kitchen accessories we needed. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, stores right near by. We're pleased to find that this was a mere minutes bus ride to downtown and there are ample bus routes in short walking distance. After we left, they are quick to confirm they got the keys, and promptly returned our deposit without any questions. We would recommend David and Jasmine and would rent this condo again should we ever return to Vancouver. We could not speak highly enough of both of them. David and Jasmine, sincerely, thank you again for letting us rent your beautiful condo! We truly hope you keep in touch, should you ever plan to visit Australia, please do look us up, as we would love to return the hospitality you have shown us during our visit to your country.

About the owner: My wife and I have been living in this lovely city, surrounded by mountains and ocean, for over 30 years. We and our two children enjoy the Vancouver life style from golfing, skiing, meeting people of different cultures to enjoying a dazzling array of cuisines from around the world. We have been managing another vacation rental in Kitsilano close 2 years now and would like to offer vacationers like you a home away home.

We both graduated from UBC and love the surroundings. Our property is nestled in the prestige West Point Grey with village setting and yet so close to the vibrant downtown Vancouver and Yaletown. It offers easy access to all amenities. Popular tourist attractions - Stanley Park, Vancouver Aquarium, Science World, Chinatown, just to name a few, are all within 15 minute driving distance.

It is a brand new building completed in February 2012 with striking iron accent and white brick exterior.
