About the owner: We first looked at -- and liked -- this house some 25 years ago, when it was for sale. We were captivated by the greats views, but could not afford it then. When it came back on the market, we jumped at the opportunity, We have a few years left before retirement, so we hope others will enjoy it in the meantime.
