My husband and I used this property for a month of family get togethers. We stayed in the top floor and our family members took turns coming on various weeks throughout the month. They stayed on the second floor. We have memories that will last a lifetime! The home is so beautifully appointed, there is nothing you need to bring except your clothes and toothbrush. The views are spectacular from everywhere you look. We spent a lot of time on the private beach and also enjoyed the activity of the river side of the house. The exquisite decorating gives you a Caribbean experience without leaving the country. The property was very clean and maintained to perfection. The owners were very accommodating. There were great restaurants nearby but we didn't want to leave the property very much because it was such a joy to enjoy! This is the perfect spot to get away from the Winter blahs! I highly recommend this property. We plan to return!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

About the owner: I am a fifth generation Floridian, who grew up in Palm Beach County. Much of the State of Florida was shaped by my ancestors who served the state as Governors, judges teachers, doctors, railroad workers and small business owners. My husband moved to Florida when he was a young boy and never left! We've owned a private consulting business in South Florida since 1989.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
Both my husband an I grew up in southeast coastal Florida enjoying the lifestyle of this tropical area. As kids we surfed and fished and spent hours on our precious beaches and rivers . When we first found this beautiful strip of a beach road with private beach homes on preserved land we were awestruck that such a pristine and environmentally protected property still remained in S.E. Florida! We bought it the day we found it and shortly after built this tri-level,2 apartment custom home with many balconies, huge windows and sliding doors to welcome ocean breezes and panoramic views of the surrounding waterways! We designed the home with an award winning architect and designer for the purpose of capturing the beauty of the tropics in our colors, our furnishings, and the easy going layouts of the space.
