This apartment (ID 30) offers guests luxurious and comfortable family-friendly accommodation throughout, and is located in a tranquil and picturesque setting ideal for holiday escapes; being situated in an exclusive private residence in the charming central lakefront town of Mezzegra, on the desirable Western lakeshore.
From the underground parking space below a lift/elevator takes guests to the private residence above. To the ground floor of the luxury duplex apartment a spacious and modern open plan living area greets guests, with a very stylish and fully-fitted kitchen with coffee maker and dishwasher. A dining area also features in the bright open plan space and steps lead down to a spacious contemporary living area, providing guests with the ideal place to relax, with stylish and comfortable leather sofas, Sat TV with DVD player and providing direct access out onto a private sunny terrace.
The apartment also benefits from Wireless Internet Access throughout, perfect if you need to keep in touch with the office!
The panoramic views are unrivalled from the covered terrace and boast some of the most famous of Lake Como sights - the ‘Pearl of the Lake’ known as Bellagio and to the south, the picturesque Bay of Lenno which is the setting for Villa del Balbianello. The dramatic and wild mountains provide the perfect backdrop to these panoramic lake views and will surly inspire holiday guests whilst they relax on the veranda with a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evenings.
Sleeping accommodation also features on the ground floor, with a stylish double bedroom with king size bed and a very pretty and charming second bedroom with two twin single beds.
A modern bathroom with bath tub and separate shower is also situated close to the bedrooms on this floor.
In the property tiled steps lead to the lower ground floor, which provides guests with a third contemporary bedroom with king size bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom. There is also a full sized football table (fuss ball) for your enjoyment.
Outside this apartment guests can enjoy the resident gardens which also offer unrivalled direct lake views and provide the perfect place to relax on a sun lounger and read a good book. A resident swimming pool is also situated in the private resident gardens providing guests with a pleasant and refreshing activity during the warmer months, from June through to September.

Mezzegra: Tremezzo is located directly in the middle of the famous West coast of Lake Como, where for centuries, the noble European families have been known to have vacationed in their summer residences. Mezzegra is a lovely village, with romantic access to the lake. It is located 5 km from Menaggio and is famous for the Villa Carlotta, constructed in 1750. The Villa has been turned into a museum with a botanical garden. To travel to Lenno, is a mere 2km. Bellaggio and Varenna are only a short ferry ride away.
Low and off-season: In the low and off-season, even in the winter, this region is beautiful. There are fewer tourists, but there are still many attractions. The weather tends to remain stable and mild. This region is fantastic for relaxing, without having to travel long distances. Even in the winter season, we have sunny days, 90% of the time. Enjoy them! The Villa Carlotta is always beautiful and the sea adds a special romantic touch in the low and off-season.
Trips: Take the time to visit the beautiful historic buildings and botanical gardens around Lake Como - such as Villa Carlotta, extremely photogenic, featuring romantic statuary and lush gardens; Villa Ballbianello, a film location recently seen in Casino Royale, the latest James Bond movie. Italian National Trust property since 1988, the villa hosts a great collection of art, antique furniture & carpets. The gardens are also delightful and are open to visitors. In Varenna, a short ferry ride from Menaggio are two more stunning properties, Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi - both have beautiful gardens that are open to the public between April - October. In Bellagio you can be taken on guided tours around Villa Serbelloni, a property owned by the Rockefella Foundation since 1959. The lakes of Como & Lugano offer the most scenic spots in all of Italy. Ferries carry passengers across there shimmering waters from town to town one of the main attractions of visiting the Lake.
