The good transport links near the apartment give guests easy access to the modern City of Arts and Sciences, the beach and the airport, meaning guests never have to venture too far from home to enjoy the rest of the city and beyond. The Joaquin Sorolla train station is also just five minutes away, and is the place to go for high-speed trains to Madrid or Barcelona. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, 4-ring induction hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave. 1 master bedroom equipped with 2 twin size beds (0.90 x 1.90m) and a fitted wardrobe. Ground floor has a shower room and toilet. Top level: 1 open-plan multifunctional room with one 2-seater sofa (convertible into a double bed) and 2 single beds (bunk beds 0.90m x 1.90m) that can be pulled out of a wardrobe. A small round table with two chairs. Fitted wardrobe and storage space. One shower room with toilet. Roof-top private teak terrace equipped with wooden dining table, 4 chairs and a parasol. The washing machine and dryer are situated on the terrace in a hidden wardrobe. Please note that there are wooden floors throughout the apartment except from the kitchen and bathrooms which have ceramic floors.
