  Amazing ocean front property with lush vegetation just steps from the Pacific Ocean. Just a quick drive from Managua, the capital city, this house offers complete privacy with various living areas that are large and comfortable. Whether you want to lounge by the pool, relax in one of the many available hammocks or walk the beach this home offers complete relaxation is a tropical setting. The ocean views from the home are amazing and since the house sits atop of cliff the ocean breeze keeps the home cool and comfortable. Across the street is a restaurant that provides delicious meals at great prices and the house also comes with a fully equipped kitchen.

  This house is absolutely perfect for a family or friends holiday. I spent Christmas in this house and couldn't believe the breath-taking views of the garden. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. There are over 4 hammocks to lay and relax on in a huge open living area. The open kitchen is perfect as it allows for the views of the ocean to be seen. The lush garden has big trees that provide wonderful shade and cover so that you have total privacy when hanging out around the house and pool. The infinity swimming pool is very nice and really well maintained as is the rest of the house. The staff at the house and Rosario, the property manager, were very attentive and resourceful at all times. Rosario was there to give us the keys and to bid us goodbye on the last day and made us feel very at home in the house. I absolutely reccommend this property as it is one of the nicest and intimate houses I have stayed at over the years of renting vaction homes in central america.

  This place is in a wonderful location. The place its self is spacious and has beautiful sunsets. The bedrooms and sitting areas are comfortable. The bedrooms are away from the sitting area so if you want to take a rest, you do not hear anything from the living area. At least from the master bedroom which is the furthest to the sitting area. We had the beach all to ourselves for most part of the day. The photos area very accurate and it reflects the rental's appearance. The place was clean when we arrived but it required continuous cleaning throughout the day. I believe it was due to the season (a lot of wind). There was also a lot of issue with flies in the kitchen. All day long even when the dishes were washed. I'm not sure if this has to do with being at the beach. We stayed at another two locations and didn't have this problem. But the kitchen was not exposed like at this house. Our last night, we discover mouse droppings in the master bedroom which we were sharing with our 3 year old and 1 year old. Since we were sharing the bed with our children, I was preparing the bed when I noticed some mice droppings on our pillows. My husband and I removed the bed against the wall and found more mouse droppings under the bed. Looking closely we found mouse droppings on the top of the dresser and in the closet. We told the caretaker and he told us that the owners were aware. When informing the owner the next day, she just turned to the cleaning lady and told her to clean the room properly. WOW! No apology. She was not stun that there were mouse droppings at all. Her father admitted to my husband that they were aware of the mice but had never seeing them in the bedrooms. The owner was helpful in answering questions prior to our arrival and during our stay. We would have recommended the house if we had never found the mouse dropping. But we did and found the owner cold and insensitive to the situation. We stayed at 3 other locations and didn't have any mice problems. Again, this was a beautiful house with stunning sunsets. But double check with the owner if the mice issue is under control. There was a hotel across the house and the food was very good. The owner recommended the place and it was good and reasonable. We also purchased fish and lobster by the local fisherman. Fantastic!

  I have stayed at this house in Masachapa numerous times, but most recently for my birthday weekend with a fairly large group, and every time have had an incredible experience! The layout of the house is makes it the perfect spot for sunsets and watching the waves, the numerous hammocks and seating areas are ideal for relaxing, the open kitchen keeps the cooks included in the fun, and of course you'll find yourself around the pool all-day. And it is a short walk downstairs to the beach....I love the cozy and homey feel of this house, but also love that it has plenty of room for up to 10 people! You will not be disappointed!

  I rented this house with a large group of friends and had an amazing time! The indoor-outdoor feeling of the kitchen, dining area, lounge space is amazing! The fact that the bedrooms are away from the living space is great for when some people want to sleep while others are still awake. The pool is amazing and the beach is great. We bought some fish and lobsters and prepared them at the house. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it for families, groups of friends or even a work retreat. Great place all around!
