This newly build ( April 2012) elevated three bedroom, three en suite bathroom home is perfect for up to 6 adults and 2 small children. From the Bermuda shuttered windows to the beach version of “Victorian gingerbread” this new building in the Haley’s Motel Complex exudes a casual beach welcome to all.
Inside the Garden House, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want to prepare gourmet meals. The open plan also features not only the spacious kitchen but also a large family room/dining area. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and you can enjoy the 40 inch flat screen TV with DVD player, while cooking, dining, or just taking it easy. You will be surprised at all the designer touches from the welcoming pineapple chandelier over the table to the soft soothing beach colors of this house. Enjoy relaxing garden views from your vantage point on the private wrap-around veranda. Don't be surprised if you have a hard time leaving!!!
Each of the three bedrooms is accessible from the common kitchen/family room. If you are sharing this home with other couples, all the bedroom doors to the main living space can be locked off from the inside. Each bedroom has a separate keyed entrance from the veranda. You can have as much or as little 'togetherness' as you choose.
You will find that a stay in the Garden House is just like staying in a friend's brand new, fully furnished beach house. You will enjoy discovering all the intimate spaces to relax both around the Garden House and also benefit from all the amenities at the Haley's property. You can dine al fresco, relax in a hammock, or enjoy that new novel in one of the many private spots you will find. The choices are yours.
3 Bedrooms, all with private bath:
The Master suite, features a King Sized Bed, a 32 inch flat screen TV, small refrigerator, an in suite bathroom with a luxurious standard size Jacuzzi Tub, a handy linen closet, a large clothes closet, and a beautiful tile floor throughout, so it will stand up to beach living.
The other 2 guest bedrooms feature a Queen Size bed, a 32 inch flat screen TV, small refrigerator, a closet, an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and beautiful tile floor throughout.
There is space in the main living area for a couple of blow up beds for 2 children.
Take a leisurely stroll on The Garden House boardwalk-style veranda and you will discover your favorite spot to watch birds, get sun, admire the gardens …or just do nothing at all.
You are just steps away from the pool at Haleys, and just a few more steps to the white sugar sand beach. Don't forget to pick up a complimentary beach towel on your way! Weddings, family reunions or special events at Haley’s Motel!
There are so many great choices now for couples planning weddings on the beach or just near the beach. You can now have wedding and/or reception at Haley’s Motel, and we will take care of your catering needs, the cake, the flowers, and all the accommodations for you and your guests, all on the same property. No more driving around trying to see everybody and trying to find parking at the reception. Everything is right here.
You can get married on the beach, in one of our gardens or in the Gardens. There is a beautifully decorated room for up to 5o guests to have your reception on our property. About the owner: I own and have operated Haley's Motel on Anna Maria Island for the past 12 years. This is a family operated business. I also own the 'Garden House', a new vacation rental, next to the motel.
