Life is 'Grand' at Grand Lake offering the very simple stay to a vacation packed with fun! Out the backdoor is the beautifully laid out 18 hole championship course willing to challenge any level of golfer. Maybe you are more of a fisherman and boater? For convenience we have a ramp right in our neighborhood where you can launch your boat or jet skis at no charge and a boat slip with lift available for your boat. Need some help locating the 'catch of the day' we recommend a local guide service with 'one heck of a nice guy' who can fish, see link below! Night time here is so quiet and the dark sky alludes to vibrant stars that maybe you haven't seen since you were a kid. The smell of fresh air and the freedom of being surrounded by wildlife and beauty in a far-away place but only minutes to Grove, offering dining and shopping, is the best of both worlds!
Our home is 1950 sq.ft. 3 bedroom/2 baths, with 2 living areas, fully equipped kitchen and a Texas sized master suite with office, and master bath with jetted tub. Step out on the back patio for a morning cup of coffee or spend the evening with a glass of vino and cooking on the grill.
This is where the world stops from all the busy in your life, a great place for a weekend getaway, a family vacation, honeymoon or a girls weekend!

Beautiful home. The owners are so easy to work with . The home was very inviting and beautifully decorated. You can sit on the back porch and enjoy the scenery at the golf course. Lots of deer in the area. This home is emaculate. Very quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and the lake. All the the comforts of home with many interesting decorative touches. Particularly in the bedrooms. Huge kitchen that accommodated our large group of family and friends at mealtimes. Easy acces to the lake for launching our boat. Loved this home and plan to return as a favorite place for our family to stay comfortably with all the comforts of home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Butch and Debbie were both born and raised in Norman, Ok. as well as their two sons. We are big OU fans and take great pride in being 'Okies'! As high school sweethearts we have been married for over 30 years!
Why the Owner Chose Grand Lake of the Cherokees:
Growing up Debbie's father brought the entire family to Grand Lake during the summertime and she fell in love with it and the magic of the lake life here. Butch is an avid fisherman so you can see how this led us to Grand Lake as a family. Our son's went to college and we ran to the lake! We purchased this home on Patricia Island Golf Course brand new and although have owned it 6 years we've only lived here for approximately two years due to job related travel. Many full time families occupy our neighborhood giving it a real community feel. We want to spend some time in Arkansas and made a decision to share our home so you can enjoy life at Grand too!
