This house has a natural flow, with lots of light, wonderful breezes and everything needed for a perfect, summer easy vacation on one of the most incredible islands in the world. Perfect for people who want to be together but also like to have their own space. It is a three level home that sleeps 12 comfortably. Top floor has a large master bedroom (king) with en suite bath and walk in closet. There are three other bedrooms on this floor (two queens and one set of twins) all with spacious closet space. There is another full bath off this main hallway.The main floor of the house includes a 'great room' where one can cook dinner in a gourmet kitchen while still being a part of things. Others can relax on the couches, play cards at the table or spill out onto the deck with amazing sunsets over conservation land. There is also a separate t.v. room with cable, DVD/VCR, WiFi, stereo, games and puzzles. Also on this main floor is a half bath and high capacity washer and dryer, a full closet of beach toys, and a welcoming front foyer. The lower lever has two bedrooms (one queen and one with double beds) a full bath, and a relaxing couch area with a flat-screen TV.This level also connects to the lower level of the deck which houses the grill and out to the outdoor shower and backyard with hammock. It is incredibly rare to be on such a quiet street right in town.

This home is simply fabulous. It has everything you would want when away with your family in Nantucket. The home is extremely spacious and comfortable. There is a dog park right around the corner which was so convenient, our kids walked to and from town with no worries and it is set in a beautiful and tranquil location. About the owner: After spending many years renting in Sconset, my family chose this town property to give friends and family the freedom of walking to town, and restaurants without needing a car! We go to Nantucket to be with our family, relax and create incredible memories.
