Beau Château is an attractive and grand canal front home located in the community of Sea Isle on Galveston's beautiful west end. Situated one street removed from the bay, this home offers some wonderful sunset views from it's double decks. With a master suite upstairs facing the bay and a bathroom featuring a two person whirlpool bath, relax with a glass of wine in a bubble bath while enjoying a magnificent sunset view.
With 5 bedrooms (2 downstairs and 3 upstairs), 3.5 bathrooms, a living room and a playroom, this home gives you the space needed for your family to spread out a little.
This home has been recently remodeled (Spring 2012) and newly furnished. This is the perfect retreat for large groups or families thanks to it's 18-20 people sleeping capacity. Play hard all day at the beach and enjoy fishing galore, then come unwind on one of the two large canal front decks and watch the sunset over the bay. For those of us that can never get enough fishing, cast from the deck anytime, as the canal is set with fishing lights right off the house's main deck.
Bring the boat! This home features a private boat slip/dock. Within the community is a public boat launch and access to a swimming pool*! Rent a golf cart and take a short drive to the beach. Enjoy all that Galveston Island has to offer by renting this beautiful home on the bay!
*Swimming pool is available with a pool pass purchased from the office in the community. We are not responsible for the pool. Pets are welcome, restrictions apply.

Rented this over the Labor Day weekend and the experience was not worth the price. Prs: great layout, great potential, close to beach, plenty of room. The cons: the dishes were filthy, 3 of the four trash cans were filled with OLD trash and the flys and smell around the trash was hard to handle, also my wife had to clean the restrooms to make them useable. About the owner: Our large family loves this home! All of our extended family do too! There is plenty of room to spread out and not be in each others way while still allowing 20 people to stay here at one time!
Why the Owner Chose Sea Isle:
This home sits in the middle of 2 lots, so the outdoor space along the canal is great! Make sure to bring bugspay as the mosquitos can get pretty fierce from time to time. This is an awesome community with a pier, public boat launch, marina and a pool.
