Travel + Leisure listed Maui as # 4 Worlds Best Island with our little beach, Napili Bay, as the best beach on Maui!!
Aloha, the Napili Hale is a quaint and relaxing place to stay while visiting Northwest Maui. Napili Hale is a beautiful, 1000 sq/ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Napili Hale is literally 50 paces from Napili Bay, a tranquil, leeward bay with a white sandy beach. Sunsets from Napili Bay are simply surreal with both Lana‘i and Moloka‘i off on the horizon. There are three additional beaches within walking distance (within a mile) north of the house; Kapalua Bay, Oneloa Bay (Ironwoods), and Honokahua Bay (Fleming Beach Park, fronting the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua). All of these beaches are spectacular and beautiful and the Kapalua Coastal Trail connects them all! The Coastal Trail makes for an amazing walk or run any time of day! This trail passes some of Maui’s most pristine sand dune ecosystems as well as an ‘U‘au (Hawaiian dark-rumped petrel) sanctuary at Hawea Point. This trail also connects to the Village Walking Trails and the Honolua Ridge and Maunalei Arboretum Trail systems are nearby. Please inquire about cultural tours of Maui. If you choose to walk along the Lower Road to Kapalua Drive, you will pass several world-class restaurants; the Seahouse Restaurant at the Napili Kai Hotel, Merriman’s Kapalua, The Pineapple Grill and the Plantation House, just to name a few.
There are a variety of activities that you can enjoy in walking distance that include swimming, snorkeling, hiking, boating, tennis, golf and surfing. Ka‘anapali is 5.8 miles south and Lahaina Town is 9.4 miles south. There you can enjoy more beaches, shopping, dining and lots of fun activities and entertainment.
Napili Hale has a wonderful yard with a fire pit/BBQ grill. There are two picnic tables, one for adults and one for children as well as lounge chairs. Napili Hale is a wonderful place to experience kama‘aina living and enjoy time with your family and friends!

After traveling to Maui several times, we have now found where we wil ALWAYS stay. The home was immaculate, stylish and had everything we needed (and then some). Colleen was available to answer all our questions, even checked in with us once we arrived. I would absolutely recommend this property over and over again to friends and family. I really can't say enough good about it!! Access to Napili Beach was right across the street, including our fave breakfast spot, the Gazebo. This house is perfect!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our family of 5 had an incredible stay at the Napili Hale house. It was our first time to Maui and the house was perfect for us and our kids ages 5,8,10. Ample snorkel gear, Boogie Boards and beach gear were waiting for us. Very comfortable and clean bed rooms, great kitchen with new appliances and cool master bed/bath. Huge front yard with play area and BBQ was great for our children who made friends with some of the neighborhood kids. Running trails, golfing, surfing, swimming in Napili Bay, awesome restaurants are all within walking distance. The second half of our trip was spent near Kihei in a hotel and we definitely preferred the independence, convenience and privacy of the house. Coleen was great with all of the arrangements. Thank You!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Aloha Rob! Thank you so much for your business and your review!! Please come again! Mahalo, Colleen

We loved our stay at the Napili Hale vacation rental. We are a family of four with kids ages 7 and 5 and it was perfect for us. We were a one minute walk from Napili Beach and other nearby sheltered kid friendly beaches. The house was affordable for us and offered us two bedrooms, two baths, an outside shower and a small but comfortable kitchen and living room with internet and TV for down times. If you are looking for views of the ocean, this is not the spot, but we loved our simple yard with the huge beautiful Monkey Pod trees and our little picnic table and BBQ area. The owner was super friendly and helpful, and the neighbors (the house is divided into a duplex) were just awesome. One of the unexpected pleasures was the play set in the yard where our kids played for hours pretending to be pirates. We used this house as a launching point for whale watching, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, and cultural events in Lahaina. If you prefer to be outside the resort setting and are looking for affordability and convenience, this is the spot for you!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

My stay was was very comfortable here and I really enjoyed the fact that we were right across the street from the beach! With my three children (one of which is 6 months old) and my husband, there was plenty of room in the house. The neighbors are all super nice and the surrounding area is nice and quiet. The house offered a high chair and pack-n-play. This meant there was less to pack! The kitchen had everything we needed and the little outside shower made it convenient to rinse off after the beach! The house was super clean and had all the commodities we needed. The house is minutes away from grocery stores and shopping. I miss sleeping with the windows open and enjoying the nice cool breeze! This place is a great idea if you want to get away from the confinement of hotel rooms and lack of privacy. And the owner of this place was super helpful when it came to questions about where to go and what to do. I don't remember the name of the place across the street but she suggested it and the food was fantastic! The money I paid to stay here was well worth it. I wanna go back! This place is a steel!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you so very much! I'm thrilled to hear you had a great stay!! Happy Holidays and please come again!! Aloha, Colleen

The property at Napili Hale was a lovely destination for our trip to Maui. The home has been fully refurbished and is in immaculate condition and stylishly outfitted. We walked across the street for great swimming every day and found great restaurants within a mile or so of the property. We also found nearby beautiful oceanfront walks from which to view the sunset or take our morning runs. We had a very relaxing stay and felt entirely at home in this lovely residence. The beaches and amenities in the vicinity were wonderful.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: Aloha! Thank you so much! I'm so glad you enjoyed the house and your stay! Mahalo
