This three bedroom two bath Bonita condo in the Windswept neighborhood of the Peninsula is the perfect place to kick back and relax at the beach, pool or spa...or you can challenge your skills on one of the best golf courses in Delaware!
Our home is decorated in soothing colors, has interesting artwork and plush, wall to wall carpet throughout. The nicely equipped kitchen has maple cabinets, granite countertops and a tiled floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with service for eight and looks out onto the dining area with a table and six chairs. Since we are grandparents, we also include a highchair for our smaller vacationers.
The great room has a gas fireplace with a large screen HDTV mounted above the fireplace...complete with a Play Station 3 for fun and games for all ages. This room is adjacent to a lovely sun room, which has a game table set up for hours of family fun after a busy day at the beach, pool or on the golf course.
The elegantly decorated master bedroom has a king bed and has access to the screened balcony overlooking the golf course and woods. This master suite also has a large HDTV. The master bath features a soaking tub, separate shower, and double sinks.
The second bedroom has a two twin beds, perfect for children of any age. This room also has access to the full bathroom with a tubshower combination.
The third bedroom has a queen bed. This bedroom has access to the screened in porch overlooking the woods and is also equipped with a HDTV.
Our condo comfortably holds 6 people, but can accommodate up to 8 by using the queen size bed in the sofa bed located in the great room.
Our condo is located close to a small children's play area in Windswept community and within walking distance to the Lakeside Village where all of the amenities are located - indoor/outdoor pool, wave pool, restaurant, fitness center, spa, tennis, and the private Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course (consistently rated one of the best courses in Delaware!)...so it offers easy access to all the fun, yet remote enough to enjoy quiet and privacy!
For the boaters (canoes and kayaks included) and those who love to fish, the Peninsula also has a private pier which is available to all our guests.
All Windswept buildings have elevators for easy access for everyone.

About the owner: My wife Judy and I live and work in Connecticut. We are both close to retirement and our greatest joy is that we are first time grandparents.
Why the Owner Chose Millsboro:
We first came to the Peninsula in the Summer of 2011 as a renter and vacationer...we didn't plan on it...but we left as owners of our current condo. Our family fell in love with the Peninsula and all the family fun opportunities available here and within a 15 minute drive.
We hope you and your family will come to the Peninsula and make many lasting memories.
