This spacious vacation home offers all the luxury and amenities you would expect from a high-end getaway, coupled with a few playful touches that make it extra special. Between soaking in the hot tub, shooting pool in the game room, and roasting marshmallows at the outdoor fire pit, you might have trouble convincing your family to leave the house and stroll down to the beautiful sandy beach!

Despite its relaxed and fun-loving atmosphere, the home is also well-appointed with custom light fixtures, polished hardwoods, and modern furnishings. The living area is open and bright, with vaulted ceilings allowing plenty of natural light to pour in through the tall windows. A plush sofa and armchair sit before a cozy electric fireplace, making for a very cozy spot to curl up with a good book.

The open floor plan includes a six-person dining table that sits adjacent to the sunny kitchen. Amateur chefs will find everything they need to prepare gourmet meals, including stainless steel appliances, ample counterspace, and several small appliances (such as a mixer, waffle iron, and blender, just to name a few). The dishwasher makes clean up a breeze, even with a large group of diners.

Above the living area, the open loft makes a great place for the kids to hang out and have their own space. Air hockey and a pool table will make even the rainiest of days entertaining. There is a bedroom upstairs with a full bed, as well as a sleeper sofa and futon in the loft for extra guests. Downstairs, the luxurious master suite has a beautiful queen bed and attached bath with a soaking tub. The third bedroom, also downstairs, has a twin-over-double bunk bed, just right for a second couple with a child.

On warmer days, everyone will surely congregate outdoors. The back patio has a set of table and chairs just waiting to welcome a pitcher of margaritas or bottle of wine for a leisurely afternoon, or gather around the gas grill to flip burgers or listen to the steaks sizzle. On the other side of the deck, a hot tub offers a relaxing place to soak under the stars (or first thing in the morning, since it is your vacation, after all). In the yard, an outdoor fire pit is ringed with hand-cut tree stumps, just begging for a marshmallow roast or ghost story session. The house sits on the edge of a babbling creek and quiet pond that attracts the area wildlife and coastal sea birds, providing a lovely backdrop as you sip your morning coffee on the balcony and space for the kids to explore the great outdoors just beyond your front door.

Large groups will feel right at home here, with a washer/dryer provided to keep up with laundry and Internet access for those who need to stay connected. The house is even dog friendly, so you don't need to leave any family members at home (although a $10 per night, per pet fee does apply). When you arrive, you'll find even more pleasant surprises, such as three bicycles (two adult, one child) and plenty of games, books, and toys to keep you busy all week.

When you do convince yourself to leave the house, the serene Nedonna Beach is just a short walk away, with a long stretch of sand for sunbathing, seashell hunting, and kite flying. Downtown Rockaway Beach's small but charming collection of shops and restaurants are about three miles south, making this home perfect for those who like a little more peace and quiet while still being close to the amenities and conveniences of town. And even closer to home, plenty of opportunities for fishing, crabbing, clamming, and chartered tours abound in this recreational paradise.
