Our beautiful, Carolina coastal home is the perfect family getaway! North Topsail Beach is very quiet and undeveloped compared to most other beaches in the area, but is just a 15-minute drive from Surf City or Snead's Ferry. That is right, just a short drive in either direction on Route 210 from our home and you have great shopping, restaurants, family attractions, grocery stores, bike rentals, etc. And there is a little night life to be found too.
But the real charm of the place is the location. It is a quiet and beautiful escape from your hectic daily lives. The beach in front of the house is never crowded, although there is a public area with bath houses and concessions about a mile down so if you are in the mood to be around people you are just a short walk away.
Convenience is a major attraction as well. You can literally get up, grab a towel, and descend 16 steps to the beach. Getting thirsty or need to go to the bathroom? You are right there! No more crossing streets and hiking back for a bathroom break! And do not miss the sunrise over the ocean - a truly magnificent display of color and beauty!
There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water you will just love when returning from a day of sand and surf. The deck is great - partially covered for those who like a little shade. There are four sliding glass doors that open onto it - two off the great room and one off each of the ocean side bedrooms affording spectacular views and easy access.
Each bedroom has a king sized bed (linens not included) with a different beach theme in each room. Ceiling fans are in the living room and all 3 bedrooms.
A $200 refundable security deposit is required. Taxes and cleaning are included in all weekly rates.

Why the Owner Chose North Topsail Beach
While vacationing on Topsail Island in April 2004, we passed this cute little brown cottage a couple of times of day during our walks and one day met the owners. It turned out they were thinking of selling the place and a month later it was ours. It is a beautiful location full of quiet beauty and the peaceful sound of the surf.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Being right on the ocean the convenience of just walking down the steps and being on the beach is unbeatable. Even on rainy days, you can sip your coffee in the morning or your wine in the evening on the covered part of the deck and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. Pelicans fly right by the deck as they cruise up and down the shore. Pods of dolphins jump and twist right past your eyes along the watery horizon. And it's never really crowded.
Although convenient to both Wilmington and Jacksonville (about 45 min) we rarely feel the need to venture far since the towns of Sneads Ferry and Surf City are no more than 15 minutes away and have groceries, pharmacy, restaurants and anything else we might need. Believe me, if you were staying here you wouldn't want to go too far for too long either.

My husband, mother and 1 year old daughter stayed here for a week and it was absolutely perfect!! The deck was really where we spent most of our time. It was very convenient to have beach access because we didn't have to drag our beach stuff blocks to the beach. The size of the house was just what we were used to and gave my daughter plenty of room to explore but not get lost. I would highly recommend this beach front property!

I spoke to the owner about renting in November during my birthday and he was incredibly helpful and informative about the area and the house. I got there and we had beautiful weather... in November! The house could NOT be any closer to the water and waking up to the sunrise over the ocean was fantastic. I can honestly say that this short week was one of the best, if not THE best time I've ever spent at any beach. You have to rent this place for a totally relaxing vacation.

My family and I had such a wonderful time at "Paradise Found". Thanks so much to Pam and Eddy for letting us stay in your wonderful home. It had to have been the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken. The house was fantastic! Literally ON THE BEACH. Clean, cozy, everything you could ask for. We had a great time on the beach with the kids during the day and hanging out on the deck listening to the crash of waves at night after the kids were in bed. The kids really loved the outdoor shower too, which I loved because it meant not tracking sand into the house! Thanks again for the opportunity to have a vacation we certainly won't forget. We sure will try to come back again!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here in March and it was PERFECT! The beach wasnt crowded and the house was very cozy! Eddy and Pam are very nice people and were very pleasant to talk to. We got to watch the dolphins, play football on the beach, go boogie boarding, and so much more. I highly recommend staying at Paradise Found because it is truly a Paradise Found! We will definitely be back to stay. Thank you for letting us spend our first week as Mr. & Mrs. in your beach house.
