Our home away from home is a real blessing for us and our closest family and friends. When not reserved for them, we make is available directly for families who want the enjoy the very best accommodations for their vacation. Our condo is newly remodeled, new paint, new carpet, new appliances. Everything is provided, including full kitchen, utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker, TV in every room. Free WI FI
The master bedroom has two queens, one king in the second bedroom. The master bath has a walk-in shower that is handicap equipped. This condo is perfect for a small family or two couples who want to just get away to enjoy the beach. Edgewater is a gated complex, around the clock Security, 9 pools, 4 hot tubs, and their own golf course, tennis court, tiki bar, and restaurant. Locally managed, you won't have to stand in line to get registered, we take care of that for you, no door keys, you will have your own door code.
The back patio overlooks a lagoon and the 8th hole of Edgewater's private golf course. Our condo is located on the ground level and conveniently near the Pro Shop, Fitness room, as well as both the Pedway and Tram Stop, both of these will take you to the resort pool, restaurant, and the beach.

Awesome place to stay we enjoyed the room very nice and clean the beach is awesome and the the owners were great and helpful the furniture was nice the photos show what you get and it is awesomeRecommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
