You cannot help but smile when you walk into this house, it is just that incredible. Passing through the tall, wood and frosted glass doors, you find yourself walking into an expansive entry and the main living areas of the house including; a large dining area, a living room hosting a pool table, fireplace with refrigerator and bar, a high ceiling media / family room with a sectional couch, flat screen television with cable and a Blur-ay / DVD player all surround the central staircase which leads to the downstairs bedrooms.
The kitchen is an entertainer’s dream with new, high-end stainless-steel appliances, a large, built-in, family-style breakfast table and bench, and marble surfaces throughout. This is a kitchen that everyone will want to linger and visit in.

We took a group of 8 and a baby to this property. The house was so big and amazing we all joked about what it would cost to move in together, we just had so much room. The pool and jacuzzi are beautiful and the outdoor patio and TV was so much fun. Every meal was spent with all of us socializing in the kitchen because it was so perfect for hanging out in. The house was so clean and new. And plenty of places to play. Pool table, ping pong, swimming, golf. We didn't even wan to go anywhere, there was too much to do at the house. We will definitely be staying at this place again, and have referred it several times since. The staff: Beth and Jillinda were so helpful. Jillinda answered my call within the first two rings when we go to the house and had a question about the key lock pad. Amazing experience, you wont regret getting this house. What a gem!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We had the opportunity to stay at this incredible home for only 3 nights in July. We were in need of finding a place for our family to stay, after a very disappointing arrival at another home we booked for our vacation in Dana Point. Without getting into too much detail about that situation, the home we were so excited to get to, was not at all like the description and the pictures on the website. Fortunately, we came across this home, which was newly listed and happened to have the nights available that we needed. I contacted the property manager early in the morning on July 16th and she understood our dilemma and met with us right away, within 1- 1/2 hrs. When we walked in the door we knew immediately that this was exactly where we wanted to stay and were so grateful that there was an opening. Besides the home being completely immaculate and beautiful, it had all the amenities that were stated on the website and so much more! I don't know what we enjoyed more, the pool/spa area, the kitchen or the master bath/amazing shower. Our children absolutely loved it. We most certainly will be coming back soon and recommending this home or any other vacation home this company manages. Jillinda and Beth have been so accommodating and helpful in our situation. I don't know what we would have done if we didn't find this home. I almost forgot to mention the putt putt on the side yard, it kept the kids occupied for hours. What a unique touch. If you're thinking about staying at this home for your vacation, I say go for it, you will be completely satisfied.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We were a family group of 3 kids and 6 adults staying at this great house for one week in July. Everyone loved it, from the youngest up to the grandparent. The house and outdoor facilities are in excellent conditions (the pictures are spot on). We especially appreciated the pool, the outdoor dining and the lounging space with a TV. The kids played in the pool for hours followed by a break in the shade watching TV. Just perfect! The agent was very professional and made sure that our stay exceeded our expectations. This is certainly a place to come back to.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

We just returned from our stay @Dana Point and wanted to say thank you to Jilinda for guiding us to this rental. The home and surroundings exceeded our expectations and the pictures are spot on! Top notch - inside and out. Jilinda went out of her way to make sure the place was ready for our family. She met us at the property and showed us all the amenities. The house was perfect for our large family (9) with room to spare. Doheny State beach is a short walk away (5 min). Shopping center up the street. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in for the week. BBQ island outside was great as the kids played on the putting green while we cooked dinner. The home had everything we needed for the beach. Chairs, wagon, cooler, umbrella, boggie boards and 3 surf boards. The kids had a hard time choosing the beach or pool. The pool was 1st class. We had a equally tough time keeping them out of the Master Bedroom walk-in shower. We hope to be back next summer. Thanks again Jilinda and Beth for allowing us to stay. Our daughter turned 13 during our stay and said with this vacation, the bar has been raised for future Birthdays!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Not only is it very cool to just be in and is a short walk to Doheny beach but it also has a beautiful pool, jacuzzi and large outdoor entertaining area with a putting green.
