This stunning newly-constructed Nantucket style cottage is located on the tip of a 10+ acre private peninsula that is part of an Osterville estate located in the prestigous Sepuit area. This very rare find includes deep water docking privileges on private 40 foot pier and direct deep water access to the fishing/beaching/clamming waters of Nantucket Sound. This home boasts stunning 180 degree water views from the house/ property. Use of the property's private tennis court, dock, kayaks, and canoe are included. The upstairs master includes gorgeous water views, a private deck, vaultled ceiling, walk in closet, queen size bed and beautiful wood floors. The adjacent guest room is flooded with sunshine by day and a gorgeous sunset by night. This room with amazing 120 degree views has 2 twin beds. The new fully appointed bathroom upstairs has partial views, a marble counter top, shower/tub and custom cabinets. The very private lower level 3rd bedroom, has partial water views, a private bath with shower, walk out access to the dock and a queen bed.
The main floor of this delightful home is an open concept kitchen, dining and living room area surrounded by magnificent water views and windows which open to glorious sea breezes. The living room has a fireplace and a flat screen TV. The eat in kitchen/dining area has a table with beautifully cushioned built in seating for 4 and a granite island counter top with 3 additional seats. A washer and dryer off the kitchen includes a lovely half bath. A deck surrounds, with an outdoor eating area, Adirondack chairs for relaxing and a private, roomy outdoor shower with pristine views from either entry point. Internet is available upon request.
Other activities include a beach pass allowing you free access to all the area beaches including but not limited to Craigville Beach, Dowses Point Beach, Joshua Pond, and Sandyneck Beach, or take your boat out to Sampson's Island for a great day in the sun. This property is close to Wimpys, Fancy's Specialty market, and Four Seas Ice Cream.

There are not enough superlatives for our stay at this pristine and beautifully situated cottage. My family just spent a magical week enjoying the gorgeous views, super-fun kayaks and canoe, tennis on the private court, evening bon fires, cooking the local seafood in the well-equipped gourmet kitchen, crabbing, fishing, bird-watching, and shopping in quaint little Osterville. A big part of the appeal of this place are the owners, Wade and Mary. They took such pains to make sure our stay was everything we hoped it would be. My mother-in-law turned 81 during our stay and my nephew turned 13 - this is the kind of place where an 81 year old and a 13 year old can both find things to do that make for a happy and memorable vacation. We plan to return next year. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed in any way with this charming house.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
