This lovely condo is located in the heart of the Village at Baytowne Wharf within the gates of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Beautiful large 3 bedroom unit on the 4th floor of Observation Point South. This layout offers everyone in your group the comforts of home but also gives privacy especially for 2 couples that may be vacationing together. On one side of the unit there are 2 bedrooms . One is the master which has a King size bed and a full master bath with tub and shower. There is also a 2nd bedroom and bath that contains queen size bedding. On the other side of the unit there is another bedroom that could be rented as a studio but these owners wanted to make it a 3rd bedroom. It has 2 queen beds so 4 could rest nicely. There is a full bath and small kitchenette which has a coffee pot, microwave, and mini refrigerator. This is the perfect spot to put the kids.
The spacious living, dining and kitchen area are all open and will be the main gathering spot. There is a fully equipped kitchen that supplies the cook of the group all the typical utensils one should need in preparing a delicious Florida meal. There are TV'S and DVDS in the living area and all bedrooms.
You also will enjoy the spacious balconies that over look the Village . This is a great place to people watch and especially enjoy the Fire Works several time a year. To get to some of the most award winning restaurants all you do is go down the elevator and step out into the Village. You can enjoy everything from award winning dining to a typical burger and fries joint. There is nightly entertainment for all to enjoy during peak season and even a ice skating rink during the fall. You will not be disappointed with all the wonderful activities the Village offers its guest.
After you take advantage of what the Village has to offer then you must take the short drive to the beach access. To get to the most beautiful beaches in the world you simply drive over to the beach side of Sandestin and park at the beach front parking area. This is a free of charge area where you can park and walk a very short distance to the sugar white sand and emerald green waters that the Emerald Coast boasts. You can purchase beach set ups from the attendant or you can bring your own if you choose. Not only does the resort offer the luxury of these gorgeous beaches you also have three 18 hole golf courses, tennis, biking riding, and fishing to keep you fully occupied.
