Dwelling C. Upstairs Studio has washer/dryer, 12 x 12 private covered decks, a Queen for two, and a single futon for one, a nook kitchen, and bathroom, maximum shared sleeps: 3 guests.; don't share room for 2 guests.

G. When Submitting an Inquiry for a Quote. Please Let us know: 1. Exact days of your planned visit. Example: August 1-3, 2014. So this group is staying night of Aug 1, 2, and leaving on the third at 11 a.m. This is a minimum two night stay.Entry first day is after 3 p.m. Need an exception, ASK with your booking.
2. Exact number of persons coming and beds required. Examples a. 10 Adult Males going golfing. Each needs a separate bed b. 15 women, can share King and Queen Beds. c. This home is close to everything... cinema movies at a low price, ice cream, sit-down restaurants or fast food, fresh fish store, French bakery, grocery stores, sports bars, salons, bike rental, beauty shop, post office, dollar store, Wal Mart, massages, surf shops, etc. And did we mention 6 miles to the beach (best time to go is before 8 a.m.) and 4 miles to downtown historic market.
2. We recommend a car. Guests call 'Manny' taxi cab for seating for 6-7 for a $15 rate. Mention the Decks house. Not allowed to list phone number here. Tip: Call taxi from immediate area for better rate. Or, there is a Bus stop 2 blocks down.
