Great location on Hutchinson Island. We are at a few miles north of Jensen Beach Causeway on South Hutchinson Island where it is secluded. The beach is lovely and has great shelling and is very private.
The Condo Building has eight floors, the property is gated. Two pools on property, easy access to the beach. A new Clubhouse with weight room and more. This two bedroom, two bath condo with screened patio is located on the first floor making it very easy to come and go. Tennis courts also on the property. Very clean, recently updated. Tastefully decorated.
Enjoy miles of unspoiled beach where you can stroll for hours without meeting another person thanks to ten miles of Florida natural habitat, which extends north for ten miles starting at this condominium! Another two miles of uninhabited beach extends to the south.
See what it is like to watch sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs in this environmentally-protected area. Watch dolphin and turtles swim past you as you stroll the beach or swim in the warm turquoise waters.

Welcome to our Condo. This is a great place to spend some time. You can do just about anything you want. You can be active or just sit around and enjoy the sun on the beach. We are just starting out with this condo for rent, so please give us your comments so that we can make this condo better and a place you want to come back to over and over.
