Great townhouse. Just as pictured and very comfortable. There were 6 of us and everyone had plenty of privacy and room. Great location in Winter Park just a short drive to slopes. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We would certainly stay again if ever in the area. There are several restaurants in Winter Park/Fraser area. Everything we had was good except for Fontenot's. Inflated price for less than mediocre food. We went to Red Rocks on the way in, and walked around Denver on the way out. The people at Christy sports were very nice, we rented equipment there. Hot Sulphur Springs is a great concept but they really need to update the place. Everyone in town was very friendly. A well needed, fantastic vacation, and we found the perfect place to land at the Grover's lovely townhouse!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

I would highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling to the Winter Park area. The rental was comfortable and spacious for 3 couples. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. But for those, like me, who don't ski, we went dog sledding and snow mobiling nearby. Winter storm Virgil cut our stay by one night, but otherwise we loved the snow!!Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

The owner was great to work with...all furnishings are top notch. The four rooms were perfect for our family of seven. It is a little difficult to find the actual unit after dark (when the roads are slick) but that is hardly a reason to avoid this spacious beauty. Highly recommend it. Oh yes...look for the fox...it was a game my kids played every day as it traipsed through the backyard.Owner response: Thanks so much for the nice review!

Beautiful home with great amenities. Plenty of room for an extended family. The location is very convenient but also private. We drove to the mountain but there is a shuttle stop not too far away. The owners are very helpful and easy to contact. We loved it here and highly recommend..Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers.
