  We stayed at the condo during the month of July. Our view from the patio was the perfect place to see the beautiful fireworks display in Clearwater. I can't say enough about Jason and how wonderful and accommodating he was during our stay. He was always accessible and prompt with getting back with information. He is a great person to rent from! The condo was beautifully furnished and updated. We loved staying at the Mandalay Beach Club. Our family felt very safe. They were constantly cleaning and maintaining the facility, Also, we appreciated the fact they enforced the rules and guidelines of the pool and the Clubhouse. The only disappointment was we were unable to use the gym due to renovations, but we hope to enjoy it at our next visit. We plan on returning and making this a place for future summer vacations. Thanks Jason for making our vacation special!

  My family and I recently stayed in this beautiful condo. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our trip. The location of the condo is perfect. You get a beautiful view of the ocean every day. The condo is also located in walking distance to the pier, a ton of restaurants, CVS, souvenir shops, etc. The condo itself is decorated in a contemporary up to date style. You will not see any hideous flower printed out dated furniture in this unit. The condo is furnished with everything you need. The condos are also very secure. I felt safe there with my family and the Clubhouse and pool were amazing! Also Jason the owner is friendly and easy to communicate with which is a plus. I rent a condo every year for vacation and this is one of the best experiences I have ever had. My family and I will be back. Look no further this is where you need to stay if coming to Clearwater. I searched through a ton of condos before I found this one and I am so glad that I did.

  We stayed in the condo in August, 2011 and were extremely happy that we did instead of staying at a hotel. After researching all potential accommodations (hotels & condos with close beach proximity), we luckily found this amazing condo and decided that we couldn't do better for an "on the beach" location. We are a family of five (kids are 8, 7, and 2) and we are very particular about our vacation accommodations. We usually stay in condo resort hotels due to the difficulty in obtaining a decent hotel room for five people. My expectations for this condo were high and Jason managed to "blow them out of the water". To say that Jason is helpful is a massive understatement. He is an absolutely terrific person and he really goes out of his way to ensure that you have everything that you need for a perfect vacation. He is well organized and accessible if you need anything (e-mail and cell contact is very convenient and I always received prompt responses to my queries). The condo itself was perfect for our family. The furnishings were high-end and extremely comfortable. The beach location was amazing. The pool and clubhouse were perfect. The convenience of having so many great shops and restaurants close by was a big bonus! I can't think of a single negative thing to say about our vacation except that the gym was being renovated and we weren't able to use it. That won't be an issue in the next month as they were close to finishing the renovations as we were leaving and the gym looked great. I will definitely be coming back next year and I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

  The condo has excellent views of the beach, is centrally located, well kept, beautifully decorated, and spacious. We dealt directly with the owner, who was pleasant, thorough, and very helpful. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay, I highly recommend this property.

  I had a wonderful stay in this condo last March and April. The condo is beautiful! And the views even more beautiful! The balcony is nice and roomy with a fabulous view of Pier 60. Great place for morning coffee, lunch and dinner with guests. The condo is very spacious with great space for entertaining. It has a top of the line kitchen stocked with everything you need. And I loved having a view out the balcony door even from the kitchen. The master bedroom is very roomy and the master bath is georgeous. It also has a nice big walk-in closet. The amenities at Mandalay Beach Condos are everything you need. A nice pool on the 3rd floor gives you great Gulf views while you relax in the sun. They also have a nice large shaded area for those of us who can't have too much sun or for nap time for little ones. And just off the pool is a very comfortably decorated clubhouse with a full kitchen which is great for keeping any snacks you may want to bring down to the pool and keep cool in the fridge. Also plenty of ice to refill drinks. Everything is kept immaculately clean at the pool and throughout the entire building. And another great perk is that a parking spot is provided with the condo as well as guest parking available with a pass. Jason, the owner is a very helpful and easily reached by phone. He is very welcoming and seems happy to be sharing his beautiful space with you. I was very comfortable in all my dealings with him. I would definitely recommend any of my family or friends to rent his condo, not only because of the space itself but also because he is a nice owner to work with. He responds immediately to e-mails and phone calls. And he lives a few towns up from Clearwater so he is very familiar with the area and helpful with providing any tourist information you may need. All in all, it's a great place to visit and I can't wait to return this coming winter!
