The grounds are gated with 24x7 live security, lush garden, a pool and an adjacent high end grocery store and restaurant are available for all your food and necessities. Inside the Condo find all of the required amenities for cooking and relaxing. Bedding available for 6. Dedicated WIFI provided at no extra cost for you crazies that need to check work email and (website hidden) :). Laundry services provided for a fee if needed. We have partnered with the area's most renowned property management firm to assure your stay is reliable and a success - virtually anything can be booked for you - air, bus, car, tours, babysitting, massage, you name it! We enjoyed our stay in Tamarindo. The condo was comfortable, clean and decently furnished. The best feature is its central location, within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and the beach. With the gated entrance is was rather private. You walk out the gate, turn left and there is the store. The pool and surrounding court yard are well maintained and nicely landscaped. If you go to the round about, very close, there is a nice baron the beach where you can watch the sun set. The sun set cruise was fun from 1:30 - 6:15 food and booze. If you are looking for a nice clean 3 BDR condo that is in the center of everything from surfing, clubs, restaurants and much more yet still offers a nice quiet pool to escape to. This is it. Scott was quick to reply with some minor concerns and very accommodating. It has been a pleasure dealing and using his property and we look forward to returning in the future.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
